I was going to complain to the front desk and ask for an iron and then decided to try it. It blew me away. It heated up super quickly and literally made my suit and four shirts look like they were brand new. The media could not be loaded. I purchased this portable steamer 2 months ago and initially, it worked like a charm. However, when I took it on a trip, it became a complete disappointment. The head wouldn't get hot, and it started leaking water. Thinking the warranty would cover this, I contacted customer service. They insisted on a serial number which was supposed to be on a sticker at the base of the unit. Guess what? No sticker, no serial number. Their response? No warranty support without it. When you buy a premium product, you expect it to deliver, and this steamer delivers indeed. I appreciate how fast it heats up. Sometimes I just want to quickly steam a garment, so I don't want to take out the iron and wait for it to heat up. This steamer heats up quickly, I believe it takes 20 seconds. One drawback is the water reservoir is small, so you have to refill it to steam multiple garments. I had other travel steamers before, a Conair and a Rowenta. The Steamery one is so much better.
