I wanted to give this machine a proper go before I wrote my review. This steamer has been a lifesaver. I used to struggle with figuring out where to hang my clothing item to steam (typically on the back of a door), but now the hanging portion is the least of my worries. I have severe COPD and can't use the stairs, so using my laundry room in the basement is out of the question. I purchased the portable wash/dryer made by Kuppet which connects to my kitchen sink. The clothes are air dried, but a few come out looking as if they are hung on a clothesline. I usually have to drag out the iron board and iron which just adds more steps. Using this steamer was a delight for me. It's lightweight to move around, I can pull out the water dispenser and carry it using my walker to refill, and the clothes hang at eye level so I can just use the wand at my own pace, and it doesn't take up much room when I'm finished. I will definitely recommend to my family.

I am extremely impressed with this product. The adjustable pole hanger allows me to easily steam a variety of garments, while the detachable tank makes refilling and cleaning a breeze. The steamer heats up quickly and effectively removes wrinkles without damaging delicate fabrics. I highly recommend this product to any one in need of a reliable and efficient fabric steamer.

This is the first steamer that I’m actually touchy on using. It gets very hot quickly. However, I’m so disappointed in the size of the water reservoir as it barely holds enough water to steam more than eight garments. The design of placing the head of the steamer back into its holder is not a good one and you will risk burning yourself. I yearn for my old reliable much sturdier one but for the money,I guess this one will do.

When I bought it for the first time, it was very easy to use, and then I bought three more. As a result, I bought three for the second time, all of which were problems by mailing them. Either there is no water or the switch doesn't work. Very bad experience.
