  • Excellent Dock for Samsung DeX
I bought this dock for use with Samsung DeX on my Galaxy Note 8, it works flawlessly. the moment I hooked it up it worked as expected. Pros looks good phone stands in it in landscape mode 3 usb 3.0 ports for plenty of hookups gigabit ethernet(1000mbps) cons does feel a little cheap but if you keep it in a good place that won't matter. it would have been nicer if they made the cord detachable so you could replace it yourself but everyone does that for the Steam Deck Docks. Overall this is a good dock with plenty for the average user.If you need more than 5gbps for a usb drive you can find that elsewhere but 5gbps should be plenty for most users. would I recommend this dock? absolutely! ... show more

  • Excellent station
This is the best charging dock/stand you can get specifically designed with the Steam Deck. It works well and is compact, which makes it easy to travel with if you want. The attached cable works well for charging the deck, and my deck fits with a thin case. As long as you have it installed, you should be fine. It also includes 3 USB ports, so you can use that to charge other items, and the ethernet connection makes it an amazing choice. ... show more

  • Fine until it stops working
Used it probably less than 15 times. Stopped working.

  • Definitely a great addition
I really have enjoyed having this dock. I am using it with a TV, using my Deck very similarly to how the Nintendo Switch works. The ports hold the cables well and, although I needed to add a USB hub because I needed more ports, but overall I'm very happy with this dock

  • Plug and play simplicity
Havent had the chance to try ethernet. When I plug my Deck in, my TV rapidly alerts me to the input and the Deck screen turns off. I have successfully used USB adapters, and by using my charger through the dock we can play uninterrupted. Fantastic for emulating classic games on a big tv using a variety of controllers! ... show more

  • It works, but you have to turn your deck 'on' to see any picture on your TV.
For a steam deck dock, it does what it's supposed to do. It shows a crisp, nice picture on my HDTV, and all of the ports (USB, etc) work as intended. The only downside is that you MUST turn your steam deck on to see a picture. I also found the power supply connection was a bit wonky and may need some adjusting. EDIT: As of writing this review, the steam deck is better at turning on with the dock. I found out that even though it works just fine for the ROG Ally, it doesn't sit in the dock very well and falls out a lot. This may not be the best choice for a ROG Ally. ... show more

  • Everything works!
I hooked this up and everything worked without any crazy set up. Plug and play. Works with keyboard & mouse and a external ssd with Windows. It worked great for my emulation games. I have not tried any AAA games to see how they scale, but that is not really what I got the dock for anyway.

  • Ok but junky
Had this dock about a week, It's did everything as advertised but the material is so weak that it got bumped and no longer functions. Had I known this I would have spent a bit more and got something a little more sturdy. Buyer Beware
