Noise level is very good. We use it in a small warehouse /shop and it doesn’t disturb anyone. You will have to raise your voice if you wanted to have a conversation right next to it. But when you’re 10ft away, its fine. We dont put it in any enclosure, not necessary. We had the 25gal version that lasted a couple years of daily use in our manufacturing shop and it finally had an electrical issue. We just chucked it and bought a new one. For the price, if we get a couple years out of them, I’m satisfied. In home use I’m sure it would last much much longer. The frame, feet and wheels are very sturdy. The regulator and guages never given us any issues. All in all, a solid product and would buy again. ... show more

Bought this to replace my older Porter Cable pancake compressor which was so loud I had to put it outside if I was working in my garage because I couldn't hear myself think and it would recharge ever few minutes, the new Stealth is quite quiet and doesn't constantly recycle, so far happy I bought it although it was a little pricey ... show more

1st one died in just a couple days, thought it was a fluke, got a second and it died exactly 1 year and 10 days after purchase. Used approximately 3 hrs 2-3 days a week. Was nice while it lasted but this failure rate is unacceptable. Don't bother trying the manufacturer, their website doesn't even have a way to file a warranty claim. ... show more
