I would give a five stars but the first time I used one, the tang in the handle broke just cutting a piece of boneless chicken. Other than that one knife though, this is really a fantastic set. I bought two sets and only one knife was defective.

These knives will likely be the last steak knives I'll ever have to purchase. They are remarkably sharp, and can easily be sharpened when needed because they're not serrated. My husband has never liked serrated steak knives, preferring to use a paring knife instead. Because of the way the blade is made, they can be used for other things besides cutting meat. I've cut tomatoes and other "non-steak" foods and they perform brilliantly. The stylish and super-sharp blade is only half this great knife. The nicely-weighted handle is ergonomic, fitting comfortably to your hand. If you look closely at the last photo I uploaded, you can see that the rivet heads are even rounded in the handle, adding to the sleek design. Having a full tang and three of these rivets means the knives will perform solidly for many years. I don't know that I will use the included knife rests very often. Perhaps if I'm using a tablecloth or fabric placemats. The blades don't seem to touch the table surface when laid flat, but you can't be too careful with good linens. 😊 I would not hesitate to recommend these knives or to give them as a gift.

Fast next day delivery. They look better in person. The shape of the blade and the handles are more extreme than the appearedin the ad. "They look cool." An interesting extreme take on the classic design. Good sturdy feel. They arrived extremely sharp. I haven't tried them yet I do not know how long they will hold an edge or how long the Damascus design will stay on. First and second impressions are great.

The media could not be loaded. These Stainless Steel Steak Knives form Coquus Aid are amazing. Not only are they beautiful, but they are sharp. Featuring a S/S bolster, 3 pieces S/S rivets, plastic ABS handle and límite stand, a full tang and fine fine edged blades. They are very sharp and I do not recommend them for children to handle. It comes in a great box that allows you to store them away safely also helping with the knife maintenance. They have a little weight to them but are comfortable to hold. Try Coquus Aid Steak Knives if your are looking for quality.

These knives are absolutely beautiful and very sturdy. I am a posting a picture of the instructions as there seems to be some issue in reviews. They clearly state not dishwasher safe and to wash and dry immediately. They are well worth what I paid!
