What a waist of money. These aren't dishwasher safe. Who in their right mind makes a product in capable of using an appliance standard to all kitchens for the past 50 years. Better yet, who gives you a sharp knife and says "If you don't handle these with soapy wet hands, you'll void the warranty." Yes, and if I do as you're asking, I could void my fingers. And if I just blow off the warranty and hope these absurdly priced knives hold up on quality? Oh no ... they'll rust. That's why the warranty will be void. Don't tell me "Oh, well that's what you have to do for quality knives." No. If it can't be cleaned by modern standards, it's not quality. Even the rest of HexClad's cookware is dishwasher safe. How they're not required to place that in bold print on their product page is mind boggling. ... show more
