Good product, this fixed my issue on my Cub Cadet XT1. It fit well and did the job... HOWEVER... my base plate was not threaded. If this happens to you, don't worry about it, you just need to use the factory fastener WITH A DRILL (That's the key... the drill) and it will self-tap and thread itself.
