The roof & walls do not align properly (maybe due to way the product is cut) making it impossible to latch on the roof to the holes it needs to go into. Well thanks for the broken dog house! My dog loves it regardless and don't really feel like messing with returns. It either came like that from the shop of UPS is really rough with their stuff. It had a hole in the box too.. It was easy to put together and pretty sturdy. Just that one part where it was all cracked really messed it up. ... show more

I can't believe I spent $65 dollars on this raggedy thin piece of plastic dog house...its not worth $20 bucks. I feel like I've wasted my money before my dog uses it. I purchased this doghouse because it was economical compared to others, but I was so disappointed in the quality. It is cute but the plastic is so thin and flimsy. I was gonna return it but my bigger dog used it as a chew toy!
