When i received the item, the shipping box has multiple holes but the item is unscathed. I inspected thoroughly to make sure nothing is missing or broken. The item is made from durable materials and assembled almost perfectly. I say almost perfectly because there are 2 rivets that are not as tight as the rest but it’s not a concern.     • Handy, but with Caveats
I thought this would really be easier than a small folding dolly I bought years ago with 2 bigger wheels. This is slightly better. It's not as great as the ads portray. The bungee cords with it were useless. The end of the cord with the plastic "hook" would not stay attached to the post. I solved this problem by buying a set of small easy to attach ratchet straps on Amazon for $6.99. Also, the dolly won't work if your stairs lack backboards. The dolly needs a solid surface on the vertical part of the steps as well as on the treads. If I ever feel like doing an experiment (hauling the same big heavy bag of dog food with my 2 different small dollies), I'll update this review.
