My order of 2 pillows arrived on time. I would also say that my order was correst. 2 things I expect from Amazon. What I didn't expect was my "new" pillows arriving vacuum sealed, compressed flat flat and rolled up into 2 tightly rolled things Saran wrapped to each other. Maybe the size of a shoebox. The pilloows are soft not very supportive. Both are the same color grey. I feel like it would be important to know that pillows arrive completely flat, rolled up and wrinkled. They do expand but not to normal "new" pillow size. I should have purchased pillows from a local supplier ensuring the firmness, fluffiness, color, weight are all up to my standards. Like most items for sale these days returns are welcome but it always seems like it is such a task. The pillows do appear well made as far as craftsmanship so there is that. I like the amount of full in pillow, I think it is a great pillow. I have one small issue. I am a person that gets hot easily, so this pillow gets me a little warm. Even after I put my cooling pillowcase on it I still can feel myself getting warm it's me it's not the pillow I'm not returning it it's a good pillow and I'm keeping it I just have to find the right cover for the pillow so that I don't get warm from it. I would definitely recommend anyone getting the pillow because it's a great pillow I slept good on it other than that small issue. ... show more

This is lumpy and cheap right out of the vacuumed packaging. It's like it was stuffed with loose cotton, there is no structure and it's not fluffy enough to be a soft cloud pillow either. It's cheap. Returning.

I bought two sets of the gray queen size pillows, and I can't sleep without them now. They are extremely comfortable and they keep their fluffiness, which is very important because other pillows tend to wear down quite fast. I would recommend these, save your time and money and buy these!
