I love this machine and it has worked perfect every single time. I've also called their customer service a couple times to help me to dial in the settings and they were really nice on the phones both times I called. My only complaint and this is my fault not theirs at all, I wish I purchased the swing away clamshell or sliding drawer. It's very hard for me to see what I'm doing when trying to measure proper placement because the clamshell is too close to the platform and I've burned myself several times. I have to wear a led flashlight head band on my head so I can see better. I'm a 41 year old male and I have a perfect 20/20 eye vision... the problem is the open clamshell is in my way and cast a shadow towards the hing area where I'm trying to do my measurements by the seam of the garment down and I'm tried of getting burned on my hand and the scalp of my head, 305 degrees is very hot and hurts a lot too. I can of course flip the garment around but who wants to heat press upside down. Of course the other products are a lot more expensive and I don't heat press a lot as I only do it after work on the side, but I will definitely will by one of those instead so I can see the entire platform if this machine ever goes bad. However I have a feeling how good this product is, that it will never go bad and I might have to sell it and use that money to purchase the other style machines. ... show more

    • Poor design, even poorer customer service.
For some reason the manufacturer decided it was a good idea to use caps to keep bolts in place instead. Once these pop off, its impossible to put them back. When it arrived, one was missing but the bolt didn't seem to shift so it seemed more like a cosmetic thing. But then one came off the arm that comes down and it affects the pressure. When i contacted the manufacturer, they said to call them. I HATE it when companies do that. This issue can be resolved by email just as easy. Product is not east to use it .i used same brand different machine but this one is hard to use it and not safe during using.

Made in 'Murica! Industry standard heat press. I bought this after buying a $260 Chinese made all in one press... which, it turns out, is a lot of money for a boat anchor. If you're going to make shirts for money then get the right tool for the job.
