The handle to pull the bag was extremely hard to pull out and push back in. I had to use a butter knife to try and pry the handle out. Besides that, the bag is great. The bottom compartment can fit a dust collector and nail lamp.

It came a little smaller than expected, but it gets the job done for now. This fits enough products for a decent amount of clients (8-10 max). Purchased Sept. 2020 Update: Added some more pics with my makeup in it. Everything I need in it fit. I have several things in the very bottom including 5 Urban Decay Naked eyeshadow pallets and a Morphe 35M pallet. I also have deodorant, some hairspray, my setting spray and I have all of my makeup brushes sitting in there using the brush holder from a different makeup trolley I purchased. It took some playing to configure the top trays how they would work the best for me but I removed and re-added dividers until I found what I liked. (I have the dividers that I removed sitting in the corner in the very bottom as well.) For the middle tray, I do wish they gave you a couple of extra of the longer dividers so you could play with that setup a bit but I made it work. All in all I love this one and may end up buying another to store all of my nail polish and accessories in! So this is my second makeup trolly purchased in a week because the first one (from a different “name brand” company) was way to small. I will add some additional photos of this one after I add my makeup tomorrow but for now here are my thoughts and a few photos of it empty. Pros: Super cute color and matches the online description. I would have preferred one in blue but that wasn’t an option when I ordered. Rolls nicely across my carpeted room. Seems sturdy enough. The trays slide out smoothly and are deeper then my previous purchase. The bottom storage space is amazing! Perfect size for the large eyeshadow pallets I need to store. The trays have a leather or pleather (?) lining so I can wipe them out when needed and the dividers lift out easily. I like the ring/jewelry divider in the top tray. Perfect for the simple everyday jewelry that I rotate through. There were not instructions but the wheels were simple to pop on once lined up correctly. Cons: There were a couple of tiny flaws like minor scratches on the outside and what looks like a bleached spot by one of the wheels. All are small and not really noticeable. There is a fairly strong odor coming from the inside that smells like a mix of leather and maybe glue. I think it will dissipate in a couple of days though. The trays seem to be made of just some cheap hard cardboard so i’m not sure how that will affect their longevity. The middle lift out tray is not lined with the leather material but what seems like some kind of foam (?) like material. The bottom portion has a ton of space that will be perfect for what I need BUT if you plan on using the middle lift out tray then double check your height needs. I placed a 20oz bottle of sprite in the very bottom and it was to tall to use the middle tray. (There is a tiny bit of room between the top of the lift out tray and the bottom of the slide out trays so you may be able to still make some things work.) Overall, I really like this makeup trolly and am excited to load it up with my makeup. I looked at dozens online before deciding to go with this one. I will post once I load it up! ... show more

First off, this is not the first train case I bought. I had purchased another one from a different brand and when it arrived it smelled terrible. I didnt everything to air it out over a 3 week period of time nothing worked. I returned it and was nervous to order another because I was worried about the same issue. Im pleased to say this one was nothing like the other brand I received. This one had a little smell but was able to be aired out. This exceeded my expectations. It is stunning in person, there is so much space and lots of different ways you can use the compartments. I have added pictures of how much fits in it. It is truly impressive. Also the wheels are removable when you want to store it and dont want them on, but are very durable when you use them to travel. The pull up handle is a little finnicky at first but once you get it up it works well. I already travelled with this and it held up well. I have opened and closed and slid all the drawers a ton of times with no issues. They are also very full and still work just as well as when they are empty. This case is as beautiful in person as it looks in the photos. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The wheels were a bit difficult to put on but they feel pretty sturdy. I was able to fit all my nail supplies including my lamp, but some of my polishes were too tall for the case to close as you could see in the last picture. I wish the top of the box was taller for that reason. I could honestly use a bit more space so I’ll probably buy an extra box with a handle I can carry along with this eventually. I did bring this over to my friends house once and it was very convenient to travel with and have all my stuff in one place. I love the tray that lifts out so it’s easy to look through all my polishes. Overall I’m loving it! ... show more

I needed something to consolidate all my makeup. This was not able to do that with the limited space in the trays that fold out. The bottom is a empty area but I'm putting stackable organizers in it in order to accommodate more makeup. It's nice to have the taller area below for setting sprays and things like that but for my needs and how much makeup I have, it's barely big enough. Not actually big enough but I've realized I simply have too many products & need to choose what I'm going to use regularly to put in this. So, I'll say that it's good for that but not if you're looking to store a ton of products. I'm a makeup freak and have bags and bags of it. Maybe the organizers will do the job though.
