  • Great concept for a HIIT game/workout
Overall I like these cards, and I love the concept of the HIIT game. I did not realize when I ordered this that both sets of exercise cards would be identical. I thought there were 2 sets of exercises cards that were different. Just and FYI for future people buying. I’m a personal trainer and bought these to mix into my husbands workouts, not so much for the game aspect, so that would have been helpful buying info for me. Also there’s a bad review here that says they didn’t have all the cards. I don’t think they opened the third package. It has both the draw and interval cards. They are smaller stacks. I hate to see a 1 star review when it seems like it wasn’t accurate. Pros Good variety of exercises - even though they are HIIT, there is a nice variety that works the entire body Great concept of an active game Qr codes are nice to see the exercises actually being done Customer service got back to me super quick with my question. Cons: Cards are a bit hard to get out of the box without dumping them all out. ... show more

  • Not Your Average Body Resistance Workout System
This was exactly what I was hoping it would be. I prefer body weight resistant work outs, requires no equipment and you can truly push to fatigue before you stop. This cards are not some gimmick to get you "ripped" in just eight weeks or some such garbage. What these cards are, however, is a great way to change up your routine, give you a variety to break up the monotony of the same old work outs and in several cases, introduce you to a new work out or two. It also turns body resistance work outs in to more of a game and keeps in interesting. I waited several months before posting anything about this system because I wanted to really test it out and make sure it was what I was wanting and that it actually got the job done. These cards get the job done, and they make it far less boring that standard push ups and sit ups and jumping jacks, etc, etc. I highly recommend this system to anyone who does body resistance style work outs that want to change it up and make it fresh! Great Product!!! ... show more

  • Has a nice variety of exercise to stave off boredom
This thing has a ton of exercises. You'll get a lot of variety. I will not be using it with others and I don't care about the points to be honest. What it does for me is provide a variety so I'm not doing the same old thing day in and day out. It has a color coding system(with words for color blind people) that works the arms, core, legs, chest and cardio. It has a QR code and link to use for a video. It has a short description below a picture. It doesn't come with instructions though. It instead has a link for the instructions. It's pretty simple though. You start with 3 decks. Each will have exercise on the top. The first two are all exercise while the third also contains your interval and draw cards. Sort them and then shuffle each set. Roll the dice. That is how many interval cards you need. Lay those out in a vertical fashion. Draw a draw card. That is how many will be in each row. Draw the appropriate amount of cards for each row and lay those out horizontal beside the interval card. You can use their interval timer or another on your phone to buzz you when you are done with each interval and rest period. If you want to compete, each card has a point value on it(1-3). You'll add those up and whomever has the most wins OR if solo beat your previous score. ... show more

  • Love this product
Love this product. I've always been involved in fitness at some level. Either at the gym, running, hiking, or skating at the park. My career has eroded into this over time, but until about a year ago I hit the gym for at least an hour 4 or 5 times a week. Then my gym remodeled and I just wan't enjoying my workouts anymore. So I started doing interval training at home. 2 minutes of a given exercise with 30 rest in between repeating for an hour. I'de pull exercises from fitness magazines and map out my session before I started. With this product all the planning is done for me. My workout is different every time and its kind of fun not to know what the next exercise is. I haven't really played it as a game yet (would love to get my husband into it) and I've stuck with my 2 minutes on and 30 rest instead of having the game determine the interval. Will buy the other stack 52 "decks" for sure so I can really mix it up. Great idea! ... show more

  • I wish this product had come with printed directions inside ...
I wish this product had come with printed directions inside the box, as opposed to only providing a website link to view that information. I didn't realize this when I had given the game to my son as a gift. He's attending a military school that doesn't allow leisure time internet access for the first few months, so he won't be able to use this game until he's home for Thanksgiving. I wish Stack 52 didn't assume that everyone, everywhere would always have online access, and it DOES seem slightly incompatible with the concept of a HIIT fitness game. I'd imagine a lot of people are making this purchase to to get themselves or their gift recipients AWAY from a computer/phone/tablet screen, in the first place. ... show more

  • Best MC Interval Training Ever
I’m not the most fit person in the world and decided to buy these cards. Good thing I did; they’ve changed my life. My wife used to think I was only a decent lover, but since utilizing the HIIT Interval Workout Game I have become a bedroom GOD! In regards to social life, my friends are all of a sudden blowing up my Facebook, Twitter and IG wanting to play this game with me. They never stay to hang out afterward, but that’s cool. My clothes have never fit better...my wife actually was able to hand me down some of her old yoga pants. Wearing those, plus doing these cards makes me the most badass dad on the block. Thanks Stack 52! In all seriousness though, BUY THIS GAME! Very intense, very excellent. You can play anywhere and will see results, this I promise you. I’ve dropped 8 lbs since starting two weeks ago and don’t plan on stopping. ... show more
