I love this! You can see it go on which helps with application. The applicator mitt really helps too. I also realized it works better if you don't skimp. You have more risk of streaks if you are sparse with it than if you use enough to cover each section. The color isn't orange at all. I have gotten so many complements on my tan with this stuff, and I am a glowing white normally. It does darken throughout the day, and last probably 3 days. I do smell it on the day I put it on. I have asked my friends and they said they can't smell it, but I also have a hunting dog sniffer. Excellent product! Will be buying again!

Excellent product but you NEED a mitt...
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
or your hands will be stained. Trust me, I tried to apply using my bare hands, but they were stained from this product. On the other hand, this tanner is the BEST I've ever used. I am Irish, green eyed, and fair skinned...this goes on looking too dark, but it is because it has a guide color for application. I use the mitt to apply, then wash out the mitt with soap, putting it on top of the bottle standing up in the shower overnight to dry. This lasts for a good five days on me. Be sure to exfoliate well before applying. I'll usually put on and go to sleep in a long sleeved top to avoid transfer. Works like an absolute charm. Was delighted to find a travel sized package..thank you!

Foolproof!
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Easy-to-use and I do find that it is extremely foolproof. Great for beginners. The color is natural, albeit olive. It dries quickly in the sense you can apply the product in head to bed straight away, yet it doesn't dry quick to the point you're left with streaks. And even if you do notice a streak, after you wash it off the next day/once it has developed the streaks are gone. It gives me a light tan. I go from an NC15 to NC20-25 with a coat. Lasts less than or up to a week, depending upon how careful you are in the shower scrubbing. It can fade it patches, but it's not too bad like St. Moriz.

My thoughts...the real deal..
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
So, I don't review products and I've purchased a lot of items from Amazon, like many of you have. I'm taking the time to give St.Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse a review because I believe it deserves one. I have tried tons of tanning products. For over 30+ years, I've been trying to look tan. I've used Fake Bake for several years and love it. I just recently tried St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse and was seriously blown away by the results. Reviews say its a subtle tan and they are correct, if you apply it only one time. If you apply it a few times, it becomes darker. I have VERY light skin, like pale white. Everything I've tried made me orange...like pumpkin orange. The only product I've loved for years is Fake Bake. It has somewhat of an orange tone, but was the least orange of all of the products I tried until St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse. Wow, what a great product, for me. Everyone is different and has different results. I personally never thought I'd find a tanning product that would not look orange...until St. Tropez. It really is that great. From application to result, its wonderful. Application is easy and the smell is barely there with a subtle pleasant scent. I think every tanning product has some type of unpleasant scent but that just goes along with the tanning product process. Just use extra perfume or scented body spray. It does stain clothes a little but after my initial application, I wear dark clothes and then there is no issue. I am impressed and I'm not easily impressed. I'm very picky with all beauty products and have to try several to find the one that works best for me. That includes.....makeup, hair products, nail products, skin care and tanning products. I am relentless and my goal is to always find the best products I can. Hopefully, St. Tropez won't be discontinued like some of my favorite beauty products have been in the past. I love this tanning mousse and despite the high-end price, I feel it is well worth it because it is that good. I will continue to use St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse as my primary tanning product and my back up will be Fake Bake. Check out my photo. I applied St Topez to only the bottom half of my leg (two times) so the difference can clearly be seen.

Best stuff ever
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I am one of those women that slathered baby oil on myself and layed in the sun for hours as a teen then graduated to tanning beds. Now at almost 65 I have no desire to keep putting my old skin through that. Fortunately I found this stuff and there's no going back! There is a small learning curve in how to use it but seriously, this stuff is the best. I have tried so many fake tanners and the color was weak and the smell strong. I love that you almost immediately "have a tan" and it just gets better. I've seen a few complaints about the color being a bit on the green side but for me the color is perfect. Maybe if you are extremely fair it wouldn't look right? Idk but I sure recommend it.

Mehhhh....Just Ok IMO..
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Ok...I was really hoping to give this a 5 star review, especially after reading all the rave reviews before I purchased. I'm giving it 3 stars though because it does work, it just doesn't work the way I think all these reviews make it out to.... So I bought this because its summer here now, and I've laid out in the sun a lot, and my upper body has gotten a pretty good tan; but my legs and lower body were still pretty white. So I have a completely uneven and definitely non full body tan. I wear shorts everyday now, so having my face and arms a deep brown, and my lower legs white as a ghosts legs just looks stupid to me. For some reason I find that tanning my legs is much more difficult than my upper body (Don't ask me because I have no idea why that is)... So I thought this would be the perfect solution to "even" my legs out a bit, so they at least weren't "sheet white" compared to the rest of me, and I also figured I'd do my whole lower body that never gets sun, and maybe even everything out all around. This seemed like it might be the answer to my dilemma, especially after reading all the reviews. So I applied it the first day I got it with high hopes, using the mitt I purchased as well. I applied it as instructed, and it covered evenly and dried quickly. I went to sleep with it on, thinking according to the reviews that I would wake up with a "film" on my legs that would wash off revealing a "golden glow" tan...No such luck. Nothing washed off in the morning in the shower, and at best I would say my legs were about 1/2 shade darker. The "tan" this product provided did look natural and had a nice brownish tint. The problem was it was a very very faint tint at best. So I checked to see if this could be applied daily to get a darker effect. Low and behold the questions and answers revealed that it could be. I thought that might be the answer to seeing real results; Repeated application. So the next day, I reapplied it again, and much more this time, giving my legs and lower body 2 coats effectively of the stuff. When I woke up today, again there was a little color there, but definitely nothing to write home about. With two applications of this stuff over two days I can say it does look natural, the product is as advertised, but if you have dark skin like me and are applying this to get a dark or deep tan? Prepare to either be disappointing, or to maybe use a few bottles of the stuff a month maybe to get your tan where you want it (if this will even produce that kind of result which I am thinking is doubtful). I'm hesitant to apply a third days application because on this second one, the tan is already starting to look a little fake, and a bit more like what it is...I'm not sure I want to see what three days of this stuff looks like built up on my legs and butt. So, this might be the product for you and a lot of people depending on your skin tone and pre existing tan level(s)..For me? It's mediocre at best and worked at about a 3 star level. Definitely not a scam of any kind or false advertising, but probably not the miracle product its been claimed to be on here that I've read from other customers. 3 Stars.

Doesn't streak, great for pale skin to give some color!
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I tried the starter kit for this first to see how I would like it, and I continue to use this. It's great to use, doesn't smell bad like some other self tanners do, and it goes on and doesn't streak as long as you use the mitt. I would recommend getting some sort of long brush, like a shower brush, that you can attach the mitt to so you can get your back, if you're having troubles. I'm very pale, and this has worked great to give me some color. For me, there is a very noticeable difference between my normal tone and my tone after using this.

THE only tanner I will EVER use!
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
The golden glow this gives you is like no other! It smells great, dries quick, and doesn’t rub off! I usually put it on after a shower and before bed & it doesn’t come off on my sheets! I do not wash it off until the next time I shower. It’s a very natural, not streaky look. Feet/toes can be tricky to get to color properly. You must get the glove to apply this. No doubt about it.
