I bought 3 vests, one for me and 2 for other people. I bought a large for myself (I am 5'4 and 180ish lbs. I have wide shoulders and chest) I actually could probably have done a medium to get a snugger fit. But the sizing is very good. It heats up quickly and it's warm enough to wear all day long in the cold. It's not bulky or tacky looking. The only other thing I would want in this would be a more durable outer layer, but I have been putting a hoodie over it to protect it. I really wanted to try a heated vest because I work outside in the northern US and it gets cold. I've worn this vest outside while working almost everyday for about 4 months and it has been a game changer for those winter months. The battery life isn't great, maybe an hour or two of use; however, I used a different battery pack and it lasts all day pretty easily. The vest appears well-made and fits well. The vest gives off a lot of heat in the front and back. This is good. When I first got the battery it had a partial charge and only lasted 1 hour. It requires a USB-C connection and I tried to charge it with my Apple cube. It failed to charge, and I initially wrote a bad review and contacted the company to send me a new battery. I haven't gotten an email from the company after 4 days. However, when i tried to charge the battery with a USB to USB-C adapter rather than my Apple cube, it charged and seems to be working just fine. So I changed my review from bad to very positive although I wonder if I will hear from the company. ... show more

Update update: now after normal use, within a few months of purchase, the vest just keeps shutting off. Update: they’ve now updated the image of the vest to intentionally mislead and make it appear it has heat where it does not. I do not recommend this product whatsoever. Gets really hot on your belly, nothing on the chest, and the back doesn’t really feel likes it working high. The quality of the best feels good, but the unevent warmth is disappointing. Decent quality vest for the price. However, the little cable that attaches the vest to the battery failed after only three months; fortunately, they give you an extra. But I don't know what I'll do if that "extra" one fails. Also, the battery was fine for one winter season, but when I tried to use the vest for a second season, I found that one of the four cells in the battery pack had failed, and consequently I am left with a vest that only lasts 3 or 4 hours on it's low setting. It's true that I can use just about any USB power pack with the vest, but it seems to me that the original battery should have been much more robust. Hence, 3 stars. ... show more
