Bought it for grandson. You need to have nails on your thumbs for it to work. Although there was a string enclosed, they forgot to drill the hole for the string to go thru. Went to garbage!

The instructions are totally inadequate and there is no access to the screws which tune the item. what are the little red and green squares for? I am totally left alone to learn to play it. I cannot even find real access to the manufacturer
