Purchase this for my husband because he desperately needed a new hood for work and unfortunately it was just a few weeks before Christmas so we were not trying to spend the hundreds of dollars that we have spent in the past on his welding hoods with that being said we didn't have super high hopes being as it's such a low cost once we received it though and my husband took it to work and used it he came back to me and said he was amazed that it works excellent just as good as his $400 welding hood. Also that he liked the design and the color. As far as the lens / viewing window it works great as well and is auto darkening which is nice all in all if you don't have a bunch of money to spend but are in need of a good decent welding hood absolutely make this purchase ... show more
