works like a charm! I actually purchased this because I bought a seat raiser but I'd be on tip toes to use it so needed this to rest my feet on. I wanted one that was low profile as far as appearance, we are in small space I wanted it out of the way when not in use, this fits the bill perfectly! Does as expected, making a more comfortable bm experience. I do wish the bottom "feet" of the stand, and the top where human feel rest had a nonslip surface. Easily mendable on own, but sock or non grippy slippers are just annoyingly slippery, and if shoes are on the item wants to slip in general. Otherwise does what it's intended to do. ... show more

Really helps me poop but you may also need padding. I have a bony butt and sitting in the squatty potty is very uncomfortable in those bones. My toilet seat needed some padding else no way could I use it. But rather than spend more $$ on a pad I remembered I had an old exercise pad. I made a template of the toilet seat and cut the pad to fit. Stays on while using. Just what I needed. I’m chronically constipated and have really messed up my pelvic muscles with all the straining to poop. I also have tight low back muscles and leaning forward as per the instructions is just too hard. But I’ve found if I put a towel behind my back for support and only lean forward slightly it still helps me poop. Really glad I bought this. ... show more

Pros: Sturdy heavy duty plastic, compact (tucks nicely inside toilet base), non-slip feet on bottom, easy to clean. Cons: have had it for 2 weeks and can't think of any negatives (bought a second one for another bathroom).
