My biggest concern getting these was that they wouldn’t be big or solid enough and the minute I opened the box I realized that wasn’t going to be a problem at all! These are HEAVY DUTY! I have no doubt that I could drive a car over them if I needed to. lol! Despite their sturdiness, they are lightweight and easy to bring with you to the gym as long as your bag is big enough. You can immediately feel the difference in your squats when using them and you have a lot of control over the incline of your feet depending where on the block you stand. They are really versatile and are useful in a bunch of different exercises! I teach bungee fitness and I love using them in class along with a resistance band! They look sleek and streamlined and students keep asking where I got them! Great deal and they’ll last FOREVER!

I ordered the Wedge Block Slant Boards, and they’re exactly what I needed to start my day with calf stretches and full ROM squats. They’re sturdy and spacious, even with my size 11US shoes—there’s still plenty of room. The quality is great, and they’re perfect for stretching and calf exercises. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable slant board! The only downside is that you have to wear shoes with rubber soles otherwise your feet will slide off them easily.

If you follow any of the ATG principles or similar doctrine for training these days, you have probably seen reference to using an elevated heel in some exercises. This is a nice pair that work well for even the smallest and largest feet. They remind me a bit of oil change ramps for a car. The platforms are wide enough to allow angling your feet without having to readjust the platforms every time which is a nice touch. They also have a very well reinforced internal structure and although I did not test them, I expect they could handle weights in excess of 400lbs with minimal deflection. The bag is a nice touch, but I wouldn't expect it to hold up long and the size is a bit small.

I don't know if these are actually good for heavy squats and can be a replacement for shows with heels but good thing I don't use them for heavy squats. They're good for hamstring exercises where I keep the front of my foot and the more elevated part. They're also good for the squat movements where I want to focus less on my glutes and more on my quads and knees.

These were introduced to me in a fitness class I attended about a month ago and really liked them. These are exactly what I'm looking for. They don't slip and feel solid under my feet when doing squats. I can't speak for the longevity so much but I do know my dog attempted to chew them and they ended up with dents rather than pieces. I consider that quality.
