Nordic curls for tight spaces
Color: Yellow
GHR machine takes up too much space for apartment living and the compact ones or floor versions are too expensive for a single use machine. This is a great solution and for cheap! Wrap it on a sturdy weight bench and you're done. Better control and stability than using a barbell, on the floor, as an anchor for the feet. GHR/nordic curls have massively helped stability when doing squats. ... show more

I've been using this thing for about a year now. I use it for all kinds of things. It is a great value and it looks cool too.

Challenging bodyweight exercise not for beginners
Color: Yellow
For my setup, I use this strap wrapped over my calves and the back of my heels under the foam rolls of a situp flat bench and an airex pad under my knees. Also, using a resistance band anchored from behind will make this exercise easier.

Why are these so poorly made?
Color: Black
For a company to put a logo on this.... I mean the label is only sewn on 3 sides. Its pretty sloppy. It will get the job done but its not pretty. Its also fairly expensive for just a strap and a couple metal rings.
