    • Challenging bodyweight exercise not for beginners
Color: Yellow
For my setup, I use this strap wrapped over my calves and the back of my heels under the foam rolls of a situp flat bench and an airex pad under my knees. Also, using a resistance band anchored from behind will make this exercise easier.

    • Why are these so poorly made?
Color: Black
For a company to put a logo on this.... I mean the label is only sewn on 3 sides. Its pretty sloppy. It will get the job done but its not pretty. Its also fairly expensive for just a strap and a couple metal rings.
