    • Fun way to exercise
I use these with my 3 year old as a game to get moving. He loves to toss the dice and tell me what exercise is up next. Alexa sets the timers for us :) We do modify the number of time we spend doing each activity, but if adults are using these alone it would be perfect.

We got them today and the kids have been taking turns on rolling the “Devil Dice” lol The kids are 9, 11, 12, 14, & 15 years old and all of them including myself were totally getting into it. A fun way to exercise. You can also create a workout game with your family as well. My children love to roll the dice and see what exercises I have to do based on the roll. Great product. Keep this product out of the reach of cats...
