    • Great quality product
Review Image by Shelby Goodnight
This is a great product for the price — the most affordable I was able to find anywhere. The quality is very good, although they do have a rubber odor when you take them out of the package. This got better once removed from the box for an hour or two. Sturdy chrome grip. Definitely worth the purchase! ... show more

    • Great quality
It took months for these to arrive, but that's thanks to COVID and the fact that so many people can't go to their gyms (like me!!). Like other reviewers, yup, these are overpriced. But a lot of fitness equipment is as well right now, so I think that's something you just need to deal with and decide how important it is for you to have quality fitness products. These dumbells were professionally packaged, plenty of padding, arrived in perfect condition. I ordered a pair, and they are EXACTLY the same weight. They are nicely balanced and solid. I'm very pleased with this purchase! ... show more

    • Seems ok, purchased during prime day July 2024
The size seems oddly large vs more basic non-coated dumbbells. They work fine, seem well balanced and made. One arrived with damage to the coating, probably due to the carrier throwing or dropping the box on some sharp metal as it cut all the way through the coating. Function is unaffected by the damage from shipping. There was a very strong smell which remained for weeks, like the coating polymer takes a long time to off-gas. As I bought these during the first prime day 2024, the pair was almost 50% off so at that price it's a fantastic deal IMHO. ... show more

    • Does the job. Good price.
Decently made and does the job. A pretty good price for this type of produce these days. Worth the money, but to be warned, it does have a slight rubber smell that might irritate some people who are sensitive to smells, though I do not mind at all. It will most likely fade away in time.

    • Reliable and Recommended!
I ordered a single 35lb and a single 40 lb, these are great! They are heavy duty, trustable, with a great grip. I prefer these over the vinyl plate dumbbell. The Sporzon dumbbells give you enough space at grip where you wont hit your face or make it uncomfortable like all plate dumbbells do. - GLAD I got these during they were in stock not too long ago. Keep your eyes on this brand in case they are to restock again !! P.S. - Shipping didn't take too long either. ... show more

    • Excellent, gym quality ( or better ) dumbell
Excellent especially at the sale price. That's 2 x 30 and 2 x 40 pound weights I've got from this series. Very high quality. Amazon goofed and sent me an different brand dumbell with a different design and grip when I ordered the second 40 pound one. A quick chat with Amazon support fixed the problem. ... show more
