So far great functionality. 1. Shipping - 3 medium to large boxes that can be managed by a single person. 2. Assembly - allow 4-7 hours, needing two people to attach the pull up bar section as it was the last part to be assembled. The bolts are attached to pages that are broken into easy to follow steps, instructions were very clear. 3. Things to consider - find a plastic safe lubricant for the pulley system, best to apply this lube during the initial build. Some punch out holes may not have a clean cut requiring a file to slide safety attachments into place 4. Items not listed in the images - an added plus but puzzling why the added value is not depicted in the images and assuming may not be in your box: to include cable ropes, ankle attachment for pulley system, large safety catch bar (which notes questionable strength) 5. Stability- this item does shimmy, not sure if the metal thickness is to spec, but will hold any and all weights at my strength level, If I was doing 350- 400+ lbs I would find a more stable rack, but for my body and strength levels it will be more than enough. Also include 12 inch safety catch (not pictured in description) that make me nervous due to slight shifting when full weight is placed on end of catch. Overall I would trust this device for my needs. 6. Company communication- took almost 2 weeks to resolve a price discrepancy, company did me right and honored a price change, overall happy with my purchase. 7. Final thoughts- it’s amazing to just walk into my weight room and have such a large variety of tools at my disposal, it’s never too late to add a device to your daily life. I have used the device daily for the last two weeks without any major issues.

The media could not be loaded. It’s an amazing value. After ~3 months I have not ran into any of the problems that a lot of people are having. The cables are smooth, it comes with many attachments and many pieces (I decided to not attach a few that I don’t personally want). If you buy a barbell, weights, and bench you’ll be able to exercise every muscle group. I don’t think there’s a more “bang for your buck” power cage out there. It’s not the greatest but I believe it’s the best value in the market.

The rack was easy to assemble. It took me about 4 hours from start to finish. It’s a bit small. I’m 5’9” so anyone taller than that would think it’s way too small. So far, I don’t have any real complaints other than you can buy aftermarket attachments. The vertical rails are 3x1.5. Everyone sells their attachments at 2x2 or 3x3. I’m a welder/fabricator so I made my own jammers with leg press attachments (I’ll include some photos) The cables work great and the motion is smooth. The rack is sturdy. It’s just a little too small and you can’t buy additional attachments. Willing to make and ship attachments for the right price…

I bought this power rack to start working out at home and I'm really happy with my purchase! It has a great variety of functionality from cables for rows, lat pull downs, etc. to the ability to hold a barbell for squats, bench press, shoulder press and more. For the value of money, I'd say it was a steal. All the other power racks seem to be a lot more expensive or be cheap, but not great quality. This power rack meets the sweet spot of quality and cheap. Yes, there are some things that aren't exactly ideal (like the dip accessory add on), as it's a little loose, but it still gives you an option to do dips and it works out great. Overall, if anyone was looking for a cheaper, yet quality power rack, I'd suggest them this one!

Shipping post order said about 8-days, boxes arrived after about 5-days. 1-box came on day 5 and the remaining 2 on day 6, so all good there. Nothing was damaged and no parts were missing. Assembled by myself over a couple of days. Probably took about 3 or 4 hours in total. If you have help, you could probably get it setup in about 2.5 hours. Very straight-forward in terms of assembly. Instructions are clear and I only had one small section which I had to redo as I set the piece (the rear bottom bar) upside down, but aside from that everything else was pretty easy. The pull-up bar was a little tricky and an extra pair of hands would definitely help, but with the help of a ladder to support one end, I was able to fix without too much fuss. All the hardware was used, so it doesn’t look like they include any spares, so be mindful of that should lose a nut or two. Only gripe is the included spanners are crap, so having a set of your own is probably a must. As for the quality, it looks ok for a home garage gym. Certainly not the really heavy duty steel frames you find in your local gym, but for moderate home lifting, I’d say it’s more than adequate for most users. Haven’t had a full workout as yet, so may update later once I’ve road tested more fully. In summary, I’m pleased with it and looks like a decent investment for those looking to develop their own garage gym as I am.
