I love this rack, I use it daily. I have it set up in my basement, so I had to flip the pullup bar upside down in order for it to fit. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there are a few things I need to fix/upgrade. I replaced the pullys with aluminum pullys, the plastic ones felt like there was too much friction not allowing the weight stack to slide up and down easily. The attachments that come with it, work but feel cheaply made. I have replaced all of them except for the rope. The ball at the end of the cables, have come loose, and now when I am doing rows, pulldowns, etc it slides under the pully causing issues, so I will need to fix that. lastly, the weight plates when loaded on the pully system hits the bolts on the weight stack, and have started putting scratches/ gouges on my rubber plates. To fix it I added some clamps on to prevent the plates from going all the way to the end.

This is home gym quality, not commercial gym duty. That said, it has been a good addition to my basement workout space. I was very surprised how clear the instructions for assembly were. A few steps required a second set of hands but the pictures are very clear, very easy to follow. Only thing that doesn't make sense is the location of the barbell holder on the bottom back right side of the rack. With that in place you can't access the bottom plate storage peg on that side. I just left the barbell holder off, I wasn't going to use it anyway. Blue spotter arms are lightweight. I wouldn't want to rely on them for more than about #225 but they would probably hold quite a bit more. The cable pull down is solid for triceps and the cable pull up is good for biceps or upright rows. Again, if you are expecting powerlifting strength, commercial gym quality, this isn't it. But if you want to lift a few hundred pounds and are on a budget this rack would be hard to beat.

Update - Seller resolved the issue promptly - Excellent service! Make sure you thread the cable above the top bar and not through it between the two upper pulleys. Price was almost too good to be true, but the cable pulley system is cheap. You get what you pay for. On first use, the cables don't pull smoothly and the top cable's coating peeled right off. Rest of the setup works great, but this pulley system is poorly conceived, the fact that it broke on first use is ridiculous. Like another reviewer said, I'm shocked that the reviews are as good as they are. I've contacted the company and will update if this is resolved in a satisfactory manner.

This product is absolutely not what they describe. The quality is very poor and unstable. The worst part about this experience is the company Sports Royal. They should not be allowed to do business on Amazon. I requested a refund. They did everything in their power to refuse the refund. I requested a full refund and they offered $100. They will not send you a return shipping slip because they expect you to pay for the return. They demand you send their subpar product back in the original package (so keep it). After they "accept" (it's not a real acceptance) your return request the company tells you their margins are small, and they will not be able to give you the full refund. They exhaust customers with conversations, back and forth, and use a ficticious policy to avoid standing behind their product. I was exhausted trying to get a refund from a product that I was completely not satisfied with. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I modified it to fit a smaller area and mostly use it for physical therapy/ calisthenics. I love the dip bars, the pull up bar, the lat pull system. Would definetly buy again if I had to down the road for whatever reason.

Great setup! Things could be maybe put in different spaces? The weight storage and bar storage can make it hard to get plates on and off. It can also be a little wobbly, but overall it’s a great set up!

I normally do not write reviews. But the customer service from these folks is fantastic. I dealt with Adeel and Mia, and could not have been happier with them. The cage itself is exactly what I was hoping for (I'm almost 60 and looking to stave off rigor mortis). It can hit every body part and has extra functionality that a lot of people have already mentioned. I put it together solo and liked the way the bolts and washers etc are set up (by number group AND by step), a drunk monkey could probably do it. This was a really good pick, no buyers remorse whatsoever.
