I was initially hesitant to buy this crate, not because of the product itself, but because I was unsure of how much I would use it. I bought it primarily to re-introduce crate training for two of my dogs in temporary situations. At the time of purchase, there were hardly any reviews for the specific crate I chose. However, now that I have had it for several months, I am extremely happy with my decision. The measurements are 100% accurate, but the crate is a bit smaller than I had estimated for my dogs. Nevertheless, they still fit comfortably. The black and white dog in the picture is a Decker Terrier weighing 50 lbs and he fits pretty well. If he's lying in it with the door open he does hang out a bit, but we are slowly trying to introduce it to him again before closing the door because he came from an abusive situation. The other dog in the picture is my 17 lb Pug mix and he fits in the crate perfectly with plenty of room. I would highly recommend this crate to just about anybody. Not only is it extremely secure and easy to assemble, but it is also incredibly portable and easy to store. I like this crate a lot, but it is heavier than I expected. My fault, not theirs, and I'm not returning it. It is very easy to set up and , I especially like the way the door locks/unlocks. It's easy on the hands.

I really wanted to like this crate for its versatility but it’s just not sturdy enough. You can tell by its flex during assembly. My 9 month old chewed right through it.

I wanted to like this product - it looks nicer than the average kennel, I like that it is collapsible, but I can’t recommend it due to durability issues. The plastic used is flimsy and prone to cracking. Mine broke near the gate hinge. It was used indoors for a couple weeks with an 8 lb puppy, so I wasn’t asking much from it. For the price the durability should be much better. Edit: I reached out to the company and they were responsive and worked to correct the issue, so I’ve updated my rating to reflect that. ... show more

I've now owned and used this for 8 months. We travel in our camper 2 or 3 weekends a month and needed something to keep our pups safe when we were out. Our Beagle & Dachshund share this at night or when we are away from the camper and it is very sturdy and secure. My 9 year old daughter can put this up and take it down easily, we have had no issues with anything breaking or being torn up by dogs. This was probably the 3rd or 4th travel crate we bought and all the other types we tried didn't last more than maybe 2 months. This one is a hard solid plastic shell with a metal door just like the smaller cat carriers. I would 100% buy this again if needed. ... show more

I love this collapsible crate. Works well, quick setup and takedown. Would just love another handle for carrying while collapsed. The handle rotates to both sides but with the weight and size of the crate it causes the unit to want to lay flat (as on the ground) versus on its side. The person carrying has to awkwardly lean the crate against their body which distributes the weight extremely uncomfortably on both my hand/wrist and banging/rubbing on my side.
