This lid does fit the hydro flask bottle, but it has no inner construction for water flow like the real hydro flask and the circular handle is small and sharp. I found the real lids at REI for $5 each - a much better solution.

Purchased this cap to go on mine and my wife's 24 oz HydroFlask bottles for ease of drinking without unscrewing the standard cap every time we want a sip of water -- beware that unlike official HydroFlask caps, these caps are NOT insulated, which defeats the entire purpose of keeping your water icy cold all day, even indoors. I would pass on this. If it was intended for a standard un-insulted bottle, then it would be 5 stars because it performs as expected. However, marketing this as something to accompany your vacuum-insulated HydroFlask? It's crap. Spend the extra for the real deal. ... show more

If you do not need an insulated cap, these are a pretty good product (however they have an annoying habit of grabbing your lip when sucking out of them through a vacuum or some such). But if you shelled out $35+ dollar on a Hydro Flask because you want to *maintain* those hot/cold temperatures, the lack of insulation in the cap makes these worthless. ... show more

The kid fits the Hydroflask well, but if you have had the authentic lid before you will notice the quality is subpar. I would be fine with it except the hole to drink is too small and if I pull it out a bit too much it pinches my lips. I wouldn’t recommend it for these reasons.

I LOVE this lid. I got it for a standard mouth Hydroflask. Forms tight seal. I love not having to unscrew my lid to take a drink, it is revolutionary for my hydration. It may not seem like a big deal but if you have a Hydroflask, you know what I mean!! Bought one for my sister too because I loved it so much. Would definitely purchase again. Replacing a lid that had become clogged - attracted to the description saying "chirp free" and "noise free"... this thing chirps loudly when you drink from it. Fine for many situations, but we use this in bedroom/tent/camping when noise matters. I don't like excessive claims in product descriptions.

I bought this to replace a broken lid for a hydro flask. It fits, doesn't leak, and basically works. However, the venting system does not work well so there is a loud sucking sound when you drink from it. Not enough air is getting in. That did not happen with the original.
