However, after reading over the research regarding little if any benefit from the custom insoles, I decided to try an orthotic insole. This is The Absolute Best orthotic foot insert I’ve ever used. My wife bought herself a pair about a month ago and was going on about it and I already had inserts in my shoes but she kept going on so I said go ahead and buy me a pair even though they’re kind of pricey, but then I looked at the price and they’re not really. AnyWho, she bought me a pair wore them to work and when I got home, there was no pain in any of my joints or my lower back. I recognize this right away so, as an experiment, I wore my other pair of work shoes as I rotate every day and kept the old inserts in and when I got home that night it was painful to say the least. So the next day I wore your orthotics and let me tell you these are the absolute best orthotics I’ve ever used. I had to repeat that because they are so good. I have no pain whatsoever. It is incredible, it may not work for everybody but it definitely works for me and my wife and I would give this more stars if I could and I highly highly recommended to at least try. I bought these inserts to help with the pain in my arches and get more support in my running shoes. After just a couple days of use, I could feel the relief in my feet. I'm a womens size 9 shoe and it fit perfectly in my shoe without having to cut but if I did need to do so, the guides are really easy to see. Would definitely buy again.

I bought these to hopefully eliminate some heel pain due to multiple hours of pickleball in a week. These not only helped immensely with that pain, but my legs in general were much less sore after long sessions and that soreness goes away much faster. I have also tried them in my golf shoes with identical results. Bottom line is that every pair of sports related shoes I ever buy will have these insoles in them. You do need to replace the existing soles in the shoe and there is a little added height but that is to be expected to get the comfort I was looking for.
