As almost all reviews have said, this bed is one heavy piece of furniture, but it is manageable by one strong person if you live in a single story home. It would be helpful to have a dolly as well. It is far far easier to unpack and set this up in a room with almost no furniture, and have two other people to help you. Once it is all laid out, the legs are attached ( your choice of height ) turn it over right side up, snug it up to the wall and headboard, and place your mattress on top. You are pretty much done. Very little assembly required. With the bed in place and plugged in, take a breather and admire the incredible construction of this bed: very heavy steel steel bar construction, beautiful electrical wired motors, nicely laid out USB ports( 2 on each side) and the remote control that fully adjusts the bed up to a 60° upright angle, and turns on/off led’s under the bed frame to light up any storage space you are using. Nice touches. The motor is very smooth, silky even. It even has vibrator mattress beaters that I really will never use, but they are there if you want them. Solidly built, this frame will last a lifetime.

Best sleep of my life. The wife agrees. This thing is built for comfort. I can lay in bed and watch TV while getting a back massage for less than half the cost of some premium brands. The underbed light is great for late night bathroom excursions and the 2 memory settings are great for when you find that perfect sleep position and the perfect snuggle and watch TV position. Oh, and the slightly elevated anti-snore position? It works like a charm. I went from sawing logs to sleeping like one.

First, let me start by saying this adjustable frame has all the features you'd want in a frame like this: adjustable head and foot sections, massagers for both sections, and under bed lights. The price is comparable to other brands, maybe a little higher, but we bought based on the reviews, so hopefully the extra bucks are worth it. The speed at which the sections move seems to be a little slow, but from reading reviews of other brands, it looks like this is an attribute that's true for many adjustable frames. Be patient, eventually the frame will achieve the position you want it to be in. The frame also comes with a mattress brace you install at the end of the bed to keep the mattress in position and to keep it from sliding off. It lacks side braces, so there's nothing to prevent the mattress from moving side-to-side, other than its own weight. Though the odds of the mattress moving side-to-side is pretty low, even when using the power adjustments, I'd still like to have side braces on the frame, just to be safe. (Note that we recently bought another adjustable bed frame for a smaller bed - this one came with side braces, and that's especially important for us as that bed is being used by my 83 year-old mother-in-law, who's not the most coordinated person. The braces help ensure the mattress stays in place when she gets on the bad. This frame weighs a ton! Well, not quite a ton, but 195 pounds. Definitely solidly built! I was able to hoist it upstairs by myself (after removing the bolts on the hinge that hold the head and foot sections together, and taking it upstairs one section at time), but I'm probably a wee bit stronger than the average person, so if you try this technique, I HIGHLY recommend you do it with at least 1 other person, maybe 2. After getting both sections upstairs, I put them back together and made sure the hinge bolts were properly tightened. A note to the manufacturer: since the only reason to have a hinge in the middle is to facilitate shipping (it's certainly not needed after the frame has been installed), you ought to make it easier for buyers to unhinge and then re-hinge the sections so they can move this frame without breaking their backs. 195 pounds is a lot of weight, so whatever you could do to make the installation procedure easier is highly recommended. All-in-all, this frame appears to be well built, sturdy, and likely to last (time will tell about the motors, though - hoping they last well beyond their warranty period, too!). Last note: the frame does NOT come with brackets to attach head or foot boards, those you will have to buy separately. The owners manual makes reference to brackets like these as "optional", yet it doesn't direct you to where you can buy them, so you're kind of left wondering. There are a number of headboard brackets available on Amazon, but none of them are by the maker of this frame as far as I can tell. Having said that, you'll need to be VERY careful when ordering brackets for this bed as there are no mounting holes in the frame; it looks like the only type that will work are the brackets that are attached between the frame and the legs (you unscrew the leg, place the hole in the bracket over the leg bolt, then rescrew it back to the frame). There aren't many of these available on Amazon. Other options are to buy a generic set of brackets and drill holes in the frame to bolt them to, or to simply mount your headboard on the wall. We're going to mount ours on the wall, it keeps things easy. The wrap-up: a great adjustable frame, solidly built, but difficult to install (especially upstairs) due only to its weight (a common problem for all adjustable frames, not just this one), and lack of available headboard brackets (it would be nice if the manufacturer sold them). Also, there are no side braces - these are nice to have, but not mandatory for the frame to operate. All of these "downsides" are not showstoppers, certainly, just something that buyers need to be aware of.

Very heavy cumbersome it took 3 people to bring in to our home from the front stoop that was just to bring to living room then to bring up 1 flight of stairs to our bed room . So I had to dissemble it in to 2 pieces so I could bring half at a time up the flight of stairs. 2 bolts and unplug about 6 wires put it back together . Besides that they say it fits in an existing bed frame and it does but I had to disassemble that as well bring this unit inside of that frame and reassemble that frame luckily, I have a particular set of skills and I was able to do that so be weary of when they tell you it would fit in the bedframe.

The frame itself works fine and as described. But, it takes much longer than advertised to install and setup. And it's extremely heavy. Next time I'll pay someone to set it up. Other than that, it works fine and I would buy it again.
