I ordered this for my high school son. He’s in 11th grade and doing IB, so he has a ton of papers to print and organize. Staplers weren’t working well since things kept falling apart. This binding machine is super handy and keeps everything neat and secure. And the binding spines are reusable too. Only downside is it’s a bit big and takes up space on the desk, but overall it works great and he’s really happy with it!

I was and am still excited to bind some books . The machine is really heavy, easy to assemble the lever, knowing how to punch the wholes, and hole punching the paper. However, the instructions pertaining to how to apply the binding is not clear. I ended up resorting to YouTube videos. This was the reason I deducted a star - those should be detailed and illustrated.

I haven't had access to a binding machine in a long while, and i'm happy to say this works well and just as expected. It's easy enough to assemble, The punches could be a little cleaner, but it also depends on what material you use. I tested with cardstock and a small stack of thin paper. The binding part works just fine - it's not covered in the instructions so I had to struggle a bit to remember just how to place the comb. Also I discovered there is a selector on the back that lets you set the margins on the punches. The clean out tray functioned perfectly. A box of combs is included, they are a little bit taller than letter sized paper, but I was planning to cut them down anyway to custom sizes. This is a good tool to have in my craft room.

Great item to have on hand for projects. Solid build and includes everything you need and best of all it is purely mechanical no need to plug in a power source. Optimized old school tech very handy.

This binding machine is easy to use. Its handle works well for piercing multiple sheets and cardstock, with no slipping when opening the comb. The bottom tray is removable for cleaning. There’s a front handle for moving, and the paper guide adjusts easily with a knob, staying put. It’s heavy enough to stay steady but may be too heavy for kids to move.
