  • Fun for the Whole Family – A Generational Hit!
Color: Mind the Gap Deluxe
Mind the Gap was a huge hit with our family! We played it during a get-together and loved how it includes trivia from different generations—everyone from grandparents to teens could join in and feel included. The questions are a great mix of pop culture, history, and fun facts, and the game moves at a good pace. We laughed a lot and even learned some new things about each other’s generations! Great quality, easy to set up, and perfect for family game night. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for something interactive and engaging for all ages! ... show more

  • Huge hit with extended family
Color: Mind the Gap Deluxe
Good for all ages. Played with family age 13 - 85 for a holiday dinner. Everyone was able to answer some questions. It's fun, engaging, and thought provoking. Challenging without being frustrating. Totally worth it for the price paid.

  • Super fun questions, but really must have all generations present.
Color: Mind the Gap Deluxe
Mind The Gap - it is a game of generations, so not surprising that it'd be more fun to have the appropriate generations involved present to play! I gave it five stars because if we had those generations at the time, the game is super well made and the questions interesting and fun. Santa brought this for Christmas. Family of seven, Gen X and Gen Z. We split into teams and manipulated the rules a little to work for us. The questions are super fun, the challenges are fun too! We skipped the head-to-head because it was just too much to figure out that first night. It took a couple hours to get around the board. We really could have used the other generations! The next day we tried with just three teens and myself (52yrs) and we went through almost the whole stack of Millennial and Boomer questions before any of us answered one of those correctly. And it took entirely too long. If we'd had the grandparents in town it would have been more fun and play would have gone more quickly. We'll definitely pull it out again when they next visit! ... show more

  • Chill Trivia Fun for All Ages
Color: Mind the Gap-just the Questions
That’s awesome! Here’s a revised, casual and honest review that captures all that: --- We play this with a mix of Gen Z and Gen X, and it’s always a blast. Whether we use it as an add-on to the original game or just read questions around the living room or campfire, it never fails to spark laughter and conversation. The generational mix really makes it fun—everyone has their moment to shine (or be totally stumped 🤣). We did notice a couple of cards had wrong answers, which was a bit of a letdown, but overall it’s still a great game. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something easy and entertaining to enjoy with family or friends from different age groups. ... show more

  • Really fun!
Color: Mind the Gap Deluxe
Fun game! Easy to learn fast pace trivia game. Perfect if there is a mix of ages, but I've played with only millennials and it was great.

  • Don’t hesitate. This is a guaranteed win .
Color: Mind the Gap Deluxe
This game is great . I have to turn down times to play this game when there is just 3 or 4 of us . I don’t want people to burn through the questions and answers when we have 8 -20 of us . This is THE go to when we have large groups . You get four teams . Having 4 or 5 people on a team makes for a very fun game . ... show more

  • It Can Be Fun
Color: Mind the Gap Deluxe
The game can be fun when playing with different generations of your family and friends. However, we did encounter some wrong information. So far, I’ve seen a few grammar typos and odd phrasing on questions and so far, at least 2 wrong dates on questions. We haven’t gone through every question yet and wouldn’t be able to distinguish errors in the Boomer or Gen X categories. In Millennials though, there was a question about Mike Tyson’s fight against Evander Holyfield dating the fight to 1997 when it was in fact in 1996. Another question was regarding when the Sony PlayStation was first released in Japan vs the rest of the world. The information erroneously stated on the card that it was in 1993 & 1994, when it was in fact 1994 & 1995. Little errors like that which caused a lot of doubts in how the players gave an answer which ultimately persuaded me to give it a lower star rating. Millennials knew better than the erroneous information stated in the game. If you can get past that, then it’s still an entertaining game. ... show more
