I purchased this for my Tab S8+. I love it, right out of the box. It has a nice grippy texture. It feels protective, provides plenty of protection on the corners and and screen. The folio cover is sturdy and holds up the tablet perfectly and an almost 90 degree angle for media consumption. I haven’t had any problems with the magnets turning off my screen. 🤷🏻♂️ perhaps the earlier variants had the problem. Mine doesn’t. No interference with the S pen either. I have the Spigen glass screen protector installed and it did not get pushed up by the case. Buttons stay responsive and tactile. And the S pen is held in place nicely by the grooves on the back. You lose the magnetic hold on the side / top of the tablet but I’m ok with that. I always set it on the back anyway. All in all, I’d recommend this case to anyone wanting to protect their tablet without adding significant bulk and weight. Wish I’d a bought this case first.

Materials and quality are very good with an excellent palm feel and drop protection. I am however disappointed as the case has a tendency to slip off the tablet where the front camera cutout is located. This is typically where you would put your thumb when holding the tablet in a portrait position. While the front cover is well built it tends to slip around the screen of the device and doesn't like to stay over the tablet completely making me feel like I'm going to tear it whenever I slide it into my bag. If the case and the cover had a bit more rigidity this would be a five-star product however it's becoming more of a hindrance than a help when constantly adjusting the cover or slipping it back onto the top of the tablet.

S-pen: There are no magnets in the case (there are in the cover). This means that you will not get S-pen skew when drawing as long as you keep the cover away from the tablet while drawing. This is not something I could find much information on when looking for a replacement case, since my last one had magnets in it and forced me to remove the entire case every time I go to class. If you plan on using the S-pen, I say get this case and don't look back. You won't regret it. I was expecting something very cheap to arrive, but instead, I found that the case felt incredible, and I appreciate that they respected the original design of the tablet which is very slim. They use corners to stand off and protect the screen and edges from damage when dropped, and the screen cover is appealing to sight and touch.

Nice, Slim, Lightweight case. Folding front cover protects your tablet's screen. Very classy looking. Slight movement of front cover if flap is not seated when closed and bumped or pushed to the side but not too bad. Just make sure it's centered and seated and you're good to go. Also, your tablet must be centered in bed of the back case or the side protective bumper might twist slightly when tablet is lifted by one hand when the cover is open. It may peel away slightly when gripped by your thumb on top of the screen's edge as you pick it up because of the weight of the tablet. Don't panic. Resolved by centering the tablet correctly. All minor issues if any, noted to help you resolve without frustration. It's a great case for those who cherish their devices and like a sleek image. All around protection with cover closed. Reinforced corner bumpers. Fairly grippy feel for non slip handling. I'm adding a tempered screen protector for additional protection. Beautiful design. Very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

So far this case has been amazing! I dont really have any quarrels or complaints about this item yet, this might change as time goes on and as it continues to get used. I will update this thread if anything changes. Build Quality: Pretty sturdy, its not Otter Box bulky which is nice. The face of the case turns into a stand which is a great thing for when you are watching movies, YouTube, etc. Pros: Pen holder on the back holds the S Pen snugly and leaves no room for it to accidentally wiggle free. Cons: Buttons are pretty sensitive to touch, I like mine a little tougher to press but thats preference really.

This is a good cover for my Galaxy S8+. Sturdy, protective, attractive (I like black), keeps the S pen well, and when using the upright stand it has a small footprint (i.e., it doesn't take up a lot of table space. I bought the "used" version (probably a returned item) and saved a few $. It is a bit heavy but it does make the tablet feel sturdier. There is no hand strap and it stands only in landscape (2 positions). The inside of the screen cover is a soft felt-like material (which sometimes picks up a bit of dust particles but is easy to clean. I do use a screen protector as well.) For what I do, I'm happy with it.

This is a very good case. It feels great and looks great. It holds the pen very well. My only issue is that the inside of the cover is suede. Suede holds dirt and eing on the inside, against the screen is not a good place to hold dirt. It should have been soft rubber instead.
