I purchased this grow light in February. It stopped working in on August 1st. I tried to contact the seller but the number that they have doesn’t work. So I can’t tell you that their customer service sucks because I got in contact with no one. Now I did get in touch with Amazon. And I can say that their customer support sucks. They are going to tell me to wait 48 hours for spider farmer to get in touch with me after I had sent numerous emails. Meanwhile my plants shouldn’t have to wait. Then Amazon says well if it didn’t cost so much maybe we could have replaced it which didn’t make me feel any better. So once I asked could I have her supervisor. Her supervisor told me that I could only get a partial refund because I had to be charged a restocking fee. When I ask how am I getting charged a fee to restock and the equipment isn’t working. She couldn’t answer. So I asked to speak with her supervisor in which she told me that my situation could not be escalated any higher unless I call back in which I did . I'm on hold now again waiting on another supervisor. This whole experience makes me not want to deal with Amazon or spider farmer. Just give my full refund. And I know that Amazon has to review the reviews so people might not see it.

So far so good. On my second grow with this light, I like it, it has excellent coverage in my 5x5 and even carries the PAR all the way to the edges, it's very consistent. I've never ran it higher than 65% on the dial for the whole grow start to finish. I'd recommend

Would not turn on after 7 months of use( 12 hrs per day) .. contacted customer service and have not heard back.. read warranty info! After 3 months thru Amazon YOU have to bring it to local repair facility!! Again still have not heard back In 5 working days!! Finally contact me 3 WEEKS after first submitted warranty issues.. the warranty is limited which means they need video proof of failure and they give you PARTS! Not a complete setup( which was purchased). The power supply in which their ENGINEERS said was the problem won't be onstock for 3 weeks.. and then wait for shipping If the part they give is not correct you can wait another week or 2 for them to get back to you! Terrible product, terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE will not ever purchase anything from spider farmer.... by the time I get power supply it will be an estimated 6 WEEKS to get resolved...IF THATS THE ISSUE WITH THE LIGHT?? They don't know issue.. Issa crap shoot.. DO YOU HAVE TIME TO BE DOWN FOR 6 TO 8 WEEKS?? $900 LIGHT FOR 7 MONTHS?? WHAT A HASSLE

This is a great light. I love the dimmer switch. It works great with my 5x5 Spider Farmer tent. I highly recommend this light. It is worth the investment.

I bought this product in July and didn't set it up until September. I used it for alittle over 2 months and all of a sudden it quit working. The LED driver went out I guess is the only thing I can figure out and trying to call these people is unbelievable as the number on the service manual isn't or doesn't work and the number on web site is busy for past 2 days so no way to get ahold of company as they say they give a 5 year warranty but that remains to be seen. On the website it says 24/7 customer support. Where is that?? I have yet to see where you can click on that to get someone to help you. Not very happy at this point.
