Wall to wall coverage with consistent par readings front to back and side to side. A cool option is you can unplug the two outer bars when your plants are small, once your plants get larger and reach the outer rim of a 5 gallon pot you can plug them in. I have my light just under the top vents in my 2x4x5 Spider farmer tent and my light is only at 40% reading 340 par 2” over the top of my 5 gallon pots. I can keep my tent at a steady 72 degrees with 75% humidity no problem. Remind you I’m only utilizing 2 bars at this time. When I plug in all four bars my exhaust runs at 40% instead of 20%. So overall this light runs cool, you get to use 100% of your floor space with excellent par coverage wall to wall. Buy with confidence and buy once, nothing on the market for a 2x4 compares. The outer bars are an excellent idea. It will allow light to the far reaches of your plant, others might hit the par reading in an empty tent using 3 bars but once your plants get tall those outer two bars will be blocked out and you’ll be hoping for reflections off the walls to get light your plants out edges. If you are looking for a grow light that can help you produce some of the biggest flowers you’ve ever grown, look no further. The bar LED lights completely cover my 5x5 vivosun tent and the dimming feature helps me get the light as close to the crop as possible without burning them. At maximum power the light does get a little warm to touch but not overkill and barely messes with the environment. This baby will really up your growing game if you are looking for heavier and potent harvests. I’ve had a few issues with my light not wanting to start up but the customer service at spider farmer really made it easy to get my light working again. 5 stars to their customer service team. when i bought this light it said it had a 5 year warranty covered by spider farmer ... my light had an issue with the connection that was unstable and was making the light turn off on its own i reached out to spider farmer they told me i had to go threw amazon they reached out to amazon and amazon told me to go threw spider farmer anyways at the end of the day i got no results spider farmer 5 year warrenty is usless if you buy threw amazon so you better buy that 2 or 3 year warrenty that amazon sells because the 5 year warrenty that comes with or is said by spider farmer is usless if you buy threw amazon hope that helps someone (edit)) spider farmer came threw not amazon...... spider farmer reached out to me and was helpfull i still think that you should buy threw spider farmer and not amazon..... go to the source not amazon.... amazon didnt give no fx spider farmer was extra helpfull and helped me out the light itself did awsome job ... show more

This light is powerful and possibly the most efficient you can buy. I had an issue with the driver unfortunately but the company stood by their warranty and sent me a new one from the factory as soon as they could. This light runs cool and is strong enough to burn your plants up if you keep in too close so be careful. ... show more

Ok so in my opinion the Spider farmer SE7000 is the second best 700w horticultural LED on the market. And that's only if you don't consider price. If your someone like me who does, than I'd say it's the best overall choice as the only light that I know of that beats it (raging kush 2.0) is also literally twice as much and the only thing it has over the SE7000 is a customizable Kelvin temp for your white/blue light (first reason for four star rating). When measured in a 4x4 gorilla I got readings from 900-1150ppf 12" from canopy. Uniquely enough, the SE7000 densest ppf area was not at the center but rather along the edges of the light. This is due to the second light bar in on either side of the SE7000 is set about 2" closer to the outside bars rather than evenly spaced like most companies. And this is also most likely why it can claim a commercial grade 5x5 flower area with 40moles DLI at 50w less then any other led I know of. All of the bars of the SE7000 are individually removable aswell for customizing your footprint needs. So if your like me and use 4x4 instead of 5x5 tents you can save yourself some space (it's needed lol. This thing BARELY fits in a 4x4) and some money too while still maintaining proper ppf for flowering. The spectrum is great for growing medical marijuana or other fruit bearing plants that like alot of red as not only does the SE model have great blue for vegetative plants but a serious boost in 650-665nm red. The only things missing from the spectrum are IR and UV (second reason for 4star rating). The removable driver is a option that I just don't understand why all LED makers haven't provided since the start. This is extremely useful when trying to reduce heat, hvac costs and lost co2. Was actually the original reason I switched from growers choice roi-e680 lights (widely considered one of the best led's on the market and winner of "best overall" led 2019 and 2020 by grow light depot) to these. That and the fact that the SE7000 has about 2.5x the diodes. Making it more efficient and hopefully last longer. My final review criteria (and third reason for my 4 star rating) is warranty. Unfortunately Spider farmer falls a bit short on this one. Spider farmer has a multistage warranty where everything (parts,labor, and shipping) are only covered for the first 90 days. After that the warranty is mostly junk as you will have to pay shipping and there technicians for anything you need done. Might aswell just buy a new light. Most top tier horticultural LED lighting companies offer 3-5. Like my roi-e680's come with 3yrs. Overall I am quite enthused about this light. I know that Spider farmer isn't generally mentioned in conversations about top led companies and I really think the SE7000 may be the model to change that. Work on the warranty and you'd have a powerful solution for commercial applications. Note: The directions for assembly and installation in the handbook are extremely bad lol. Just to help someone out, the 4 plastic screws in the bag are for the driver and the metal go to the end connection bars to hold them together. And yes the light will fall apart if you don't use them.... Trust me lol. ... show more

This light works great for my 4x4 grow tent. Has plenty of power to carry my plants all the way through to flower. Driver puts out a lot of heat but I just put it on the outside to keep temps down.
