* update. Kinda feel like these are way to easy to damage if you get it wet. Are the electronics even sealed? My current unit just died after it decided to overfill the lower tank for whatever reason. I mean it’s just plastic “trigger” and spring. I guess it got stuck. Screen fogged. Unit died shortly after trying to dry it out as i cannot return it. Previous unit ordered did not align with the base properly and would not even dispense water into the lower reservoir. Overall, questionable durability. Switching brand. Thankfully AC infinity make better units now. (* original review) Nothing fancy, but it’s better than using a reptile humidifier. The larger capacity is welcome as well as the increased mist levels. This humidifier is much better than smaller units i had been using. I don’t use the built sensor. I agree that it doesn’t appear to be very accurate, but i use and would recommend you get and inkbird and move on with your life. Much more capable and accurate than any built in meter and it will also control your dehumidifier. The spider farmer humidifier is fully compatible with external controllers since it has recall for all of the previous setting before power is cut. I’ve been using this unit for just about 6 months and it seems much more durable than reptile versions as well. Great machine. Plenty of humidity works well when others haven’t. I’ll be trying the 16L version for my large tent next.

Do not buy this it will work for about 3-4 months and then will just beep constantly and fail to work. I did contact them as I was still in warranty but it's now been almost 2 months and they haven't sent a replacement. I was super into this brand but this is unacceptable considering this cost me 89 bucks. I will not be buying from spider farmer. AC Infinity is a better brand, may cost more but they have value in their products.

I upgraded to this from a smaller humidifier, I will say this the mist output is amazing, i love that it shuts off on its own and the settings are easy to use, great value for the money, and you don't have to worry about checking it every few hours cause the capacity is amazing.

Make no mistake, this is a great humidifier. However, the hose, in theory is a good idea. But in practice, the mist condenses back to water and runs out into the tent making big puddles. I love the idea of keeping the unit outside of the grow space. But in practice, not sure if it's feasible. Overall happy with the unit, huge capacity and tons of mist. Built in humidity control is very accurate and maintains humidity at desired set point. Downside is that I can get 2 of the cheaper units for the same price. Thought about returning it, but it works too well. Would I recommend? If you have a couple extra bucks, you bet. If you just need an inexpensive humidifier, look elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. Tropical Plant Parents!!! This humidifier is a must have for large plant rooms, small plant rooms, or if you are like me and have over 100 plants. Works well with so many extras, like misting. Only filled once in 10 days plus I have the humidifier set to 90%. The rarer monsteras love the humidifier and the cleaning is next to nothing. Oh don’t forget it is so quiet, I find myself looking to see if it is on. The only time I actually heard it was the beep when it was time to refill! A must have!

Let me tell you, the Spider Farmer 3-in-1 6L Humidifier has been a serious upgrade to my grow tent. I've been through a lot of gear, and this one has quickly become a staple in my setup. All-in-One Wonder: This thing does it all—humidifies, monitors temperature, and checks humidity. It’s like having an assistant that actually knows what it’s doing. I love that I can keep an eye on everything with one piece of equipment. It’s made dialing in the perfect environment so much easier, which my plants are definitely appreciating. Big Tank, Easy Refill: The 6-liter tank means I’m not constantly running back to refill it, which is a lifesaver during those long flowering days. The top-fill design is also a huge plus—no more awkward refilling or spills. It’s quick, clean, and gets the job done. I bought this device after days of searching and settled on it for my farming needs particularly for the sensors and claimed functions....i could have done a better job than they did here. What is the issue? 1. Once the set humidity is reached this device goes off and never comes back on even if you can hear the components active 2. It also now seems that even when you place it back on and it shows your previous humidity setting, it does not trigger even if the set value is below. For #2, I made something to automate to put the device to come on and after a few days of monitoring, this is what i found. I had to toggle the humidity button all the way back to 50% for it to trigger, level it and goes off. Now i am here wondering what can i do with this crap. I doubt its the sensor since it reads value changes. They surely did not test this product at all!
