Very good moss

Works great to keep humidity up in my snake enclosures, I just spray it and wet it down everyday and it keeps the humidity around 65-70% (PVC enclosure). It comes in a giant flat sheet vacuumed packed but it fluffs up nicely once opened. It's also perfect if your making a humidity hide for shedding, just stuff a little damp moss inside a hide on your cold side and your in business If you're not familiar with this it's very soft, it breaks up easily into whatever size for placement wherever you want. It does make a bit if a mess when breaking it up. There's not much more to say about sphagnum moss- if you're looking this is good stuff!

I use this to top the bedding material for my ball python enclosure. It holds dampness exceptionally well without getting soggy or molding quickly. It expands well when misted, stays light and springy, and has minimal dust or sharp twigs. It helps lower layers to retain moisture well. It has helped during shedding cycles, my ball python now produces clean, complete one-piece sheds rather than multiple pieces. Highly recommend!

Great quality and easy to store

I ordered this moss to put into the humid hide for my leopard gecko. The package arrived in perfect condition. I've never delt with sphagnum moss before, so I was a little shocked to see the vacuumed sealed bag. After cutting it open I expected it to instantly fluff, but that wasn't the case. I tore a bit off and fluffed it up and it easily tranformed into the perfect bedding for my humid hide. It's soft, yet sturdy and adds a good level of comfort for my gecko while helping to maintain the humidity of the enclosure. I misted it to test the humidity level and was just what we needed! The price is great and the moss will last us a good while since it doesn't take much to fill our humid hide. Overall this is a great buy and I highly recommend!

Very easy to use!! I will definitely be buying everytime I replace it. The packaging says there is a smell to it, but I actually liked the smell! It smells like Rain lol Because of how it’s suctioned when you purchase it, very easy to clean up.
