    • Inexpensive, and seems to be decent quality
I installed this to replace another aftermarket radiator that had failed. Before I installed this new radiator, I also installed a Champion in-line coolant filter. The idiot previous owner had put pure water instead of an antifreeze mixture into the radaitor, because there was a coolant leak. So, the block was very rusty, and even extensive flushing didn't ger rid of all the rust particles. I didn't want to take a chance on clogging this new radiator. The radiator installed very easily. No need to remove the fan blade or shroud. Since this is a one-row radiator, there is a gap on one side, which I filled with a piece of pipe insulation. If this gap isn't filled, it will reduce the A/C efficiency, but should not affect engine temperature, since the gap is in front of the radiator. So far the track is running perfectly, even in 110°F temperatures. ... show more

    • Imperfect fit
Neighbors ... Overall quality can't be ignored. The thing is just beautiful to look at. Hoodathot? However, when installed it leaves a 2" air gap on the passenger side that would allow air to pass around the radiator instead of through it. Easy to fix with a piece of foam insulation from Home Depot/Lowes, but diy's need to know that this is important. I queried the seller about this and got the giggle treatment. It's okay to buy this unit because it's the same or better quality than what else it out there, but remember to cover that 2" gap on the passenger side. If you decide to buy some other unit, you will likely get the same gap. thanks, your neighbor, ron. :-) ... show more

Purchased this as a replacement for a blown radiator for my 2002 Ford Expedition. Item came well packed and free of any damages. Installation instructions were included and were very easy to follow. No issues. It's been installed about 30 days and is working well.
