    • Did not fit Express 3500 06
This was for my 06 Express 3500 van 6.0 engine. Drain valve is on opposite sides and does not fit my old drain fitting and does not come with fitting. Had to add hose plug and clamp to make work. Also the pressure cap did not fit perfect had to force on but worked.
