The knee brace has really helped with my knee pain. I’m not really sure what I did to my knee, maybe just from the constant squatting/kneeling that I do at work. However, the amount of pain I was in, I knew I needed to do something. I looked around and finally settled on this brace after reading reviews. As long as I’m wearing it, my knee feels much better. The only issue is the top rear adjustable strap. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, if it’s the shape of my leg, or an issue with how the brace itself is made/sewn, but that rear adjustable strap is always coming loose and then the whole brace is just a nuisance with the Velcro constantly making noise due to the loose strap. I’ve tried every imaginable solution to alleviate this issue, but I’m at a loss for what will fix it. So I don’t always wear it, even though I should. Also, it’s hard to bend the knee with the brace on, so it makes wearing it at work - the one place I really need it - nearly impossible. ... show more

I picked the size that the chart recommended but find that it runs a bit big. I'm still using it but would feel better if it were a little snugger. I ordered this brace for my ex husband as he’s always had knee issues off and on but lately it’s become all the time and very very painful. He loves this brace says he loves it’s adjustable and not bulky so he can wear pants with it on allows more moveability than expected with pain and overall he has asked if we can get another one. I ordered a 3xl for my fiancé because he is a bigger guy and his knees are pretty big. The reason for him wearing the knee brace is because he has a torn meniscus and is awaiting surgery. The knee brace fits secure and the 4 straps that go around it can be adjusted. He says that while his knee still hurts the brace gives him the added support that he needs right now. It keeps his knee in place and helps him climb in and out of his dump truck. The only thing that I don't like is I feel as the brace itself could be a little bigger so you can adjust the fit around the knee a little better. There's no lining along the back so I use a copper compression sleeve to increase my comfort. Other than that it's a winner. For the price it was totally worth it, and I had the compression sleeve just hanging around.

I fell and injured my knee when we lost power. ER said follow up with orthopedist. Unfortunately I can’t do that yet I have another procedure coming up. This really helps in support so I can walk. I have no meniscus in either knee . I may buy another for my right leg.
