Fit comfortably and did the job of keeping my leg straight as it has aluminum bars built in for stability. Healed remarkably quickly as well. I hyperextended my knee and had pain. I've had this brace 2.5 weeks. It gives my knee great stability and helped so much with the pain. It is adjustable and fits good. I took a star because sometimes I have to readjust it, and if its under clothing thats annoying. My thigh is larger, so it fits there, but the knee straps are a little too long, but still work. Great brace & comfortable but the top strap broke just after 4 weeks of wearing it! I'm not sure having it sewed back together will make it strong enough to keep adjusting it.

I appear to have a torn Meniscus, MRI pending. I have always had strong knees with no issues but guess with age that can change. A few weeks ago I closed down our pool which included lots of kneeling and getting back up for the cover. I never at any moment felt anything that said I injured myself but by that evening I had pain in the back of my knee and when I walked. After a week I found at times when standing it felt unstable and a clicking in my knee when I walked. I purchased this for support and it helps tremendously. Very solid support with multiple straps front and back to secure it. TIP: When putting this on have all 4 straps folded on themselves with their Velcro secured. The first step is wrapping the top and bottom of the main neoprene body and securing that Velcro. After that you have 2 Velcro straps at the top and bottom, front and back, 4 straps total to secure. When you remove it just fold the velcro of each of these straps together and it will make it much easier to put back on. Otherwise the Velcro of those 4 straps when exposed will stick to everything and make it difficult to put it on. ... show more

This brace is incredible. That it has a top and bottom velcro band to put it in place and then coupled with two top and two bottom tightening straps AND comes in various sizes by leg dimensions is EXECUTION the many other manufacturers should take notice. Attention to detail is obvious. I have military disabilities in my knees and have had many surgeries. Occasionally, I blow out some more cartilage in one or the other. It will take some time to get to a doctor and all the stuff that goes with it. This brace is helping me function by stabilizing my knee as well as preventing further same (not to mention horrible pain). So I slipped hard at work and went knee first on wood floor it hurt pretty bad and went home woke up with a uncomfortable feeling on my knee but nothing major started to noticed I can't really straighten it due to it feeling uncomfortable and bothersome I know I know doctors but I can't get an appointment right now they're booked and it's not an emergency either so I looked for something with some support let me tell u confusing to get on but the minute I stood up I felt a LARGE DIFFERENCE I stood up and could straighten it alot better than I did a few minutes ago it provides a good support and feels secure which I like alot ... show more
