The media could not be loaded. Got this for an 8-year-old. She was able to get on it and start riding with no incidents. Advantages: - Hoverboard can easily support a child. Manual says up to 220 lbs (100kg) can be supported. - Good quality tires, surface is not slippery. It was easy for her to get used to riding. - Charges fully in about 90 minutes, and that's enough for about an hour of "stop and go" riding. I haven't measured out the exact distance it can cover, but just eyeballing it - maybe 1 to 2 miles? Would be great if someone can measure it. Disadvantages: - It's difficult to stuff the hoverboard into the case. Also, the case does nothing to protect it, it's only for carrying. Would have preferred a slightly larger case with a bit of padding. Not tested: Bluetooth mode. Simply not interested. ... show more

We’ve only had this for two days now but so far it is pretty cool! It is definitely much heavier than I expected, it doesn't feel cheap. I would definitely recommend a carrying case since it is so heavy and awkward to carry. It hit a rock and it did scuff up easily but that’s to be expected considering the type of toy this is. It did not come damaged at all, it was packaged pretty well. It runs and turns pretty quickly! There was a learning curve at the beginning from how sensitive it felt. It has pretty heavy duty tires, lights up just fine, no problems connecting to Bluetooth and the speaker works nicely too, it’s pretty loud actually and pretty clear. This was my first EVER hoverboard and boy lemme tell you what, I'm not disappointed. I bought it off amazon for $210 and really didn't know what to expect. This spadger hoverboard does everything you can possibly want. You can connect your phone and play music, it allows you to hover, and has sweet LED Lights. This is a great deal now for being $180 dollars I'd recommend this to anybody interested in getting a good quality hoverboard. I MUST SAY THAT IF YOU DONT WANT THE BLUETOOTH OR LIGHTS THEN GET THE CHEAPER ONES. All hoverboards within 100 to 200 dollars are basically the same with just added features like the Bluetooth or lights. If you can live without these then get a different one! Excellent purchase. It just arrived last night, too late to play on so this is my 8 year Olds first time to ride it. It took her about 5 minutes to get it figured out. Glides right over the carpet and the thresholds. It took all of maybe 30 seconds to connect the Bluetooth (which I love). It distracted her at first when she was first trying to figure it out. We are still trying to figure out the lights and we did have to calibrate it a couple of times but seems to be fine since then. It is kind of picky about foot placement so just play with your foot placement till you get a comfortable spot that it accepts. I highly recommend this hover board. ... show more

We got this for my son (120 lbs) for Christmas and he has been on it non stop! He has to charge it a couple times a day, but that’s because he’s on it so much! The LED lights go out periodically and I’m sure will quit working at some point. The blue tooth works great and is a cool feature. Would buy again! ... show more

Got this for my 4 kids for Christmas, who are 3, 7, 9 and 12. They love it! It's now April, no issues, still holding up great. It's fast enough for the older ones, and slow enough for the little one to use. For the price, I would highly recommend this one!!

I ordered this product in white for my son's birthday. They sent a box with it labeled white so I wrapped it up and waited. When he opened the box it was a black hoverboard. I dont know what is going on with picking but for the money I paid....it was very disappointing. On the upside my son was still very grateful and opted to keep it instead of wasting even more time with a return. :-( The upside is the product has functioned well over the summer and he rides it alot. ... show more

We got this as gift for our nephew for his good performance in school and it becomes one of his favorite rewards! He practically uses it everyday. He loves the fact that he can play music while riding and hoverboard gets lighten up. It's also very easy to get on and off.
