The media could not be loaded. This bike is very impressive! The design and quality are amazing, especially for the price. It’s exactly as described and absolutely worth it. My son loves it and rides it all the time. It was easy to assemble, and everything seems to work great. One thing I want to point out that might be helpful, check and adjust the brakes before you or someone else rides it. Be sure to read the manual and follow the instructions carefully. One thing I do want to note, I wish it had a safety feature to lock the system down. The only thing you can really do is remove the battery, which isn’t very practical. If someone wanted to steal it, they could pretty much just turn it on and take off, lol. Aside from that, it’s a great bike overall. If you’re thinking about purchasing it, go for it you won’t regret it! ... show more

Lump responded quickly even in the weekend. The part is being shipped as quick as possible. Just wish that we could’ve gotten this taken care of a lot sooner, but because the part was not available, we had to wait. But I do have to say at least the seller was communicating with me and at least he responded with emails instead of through Amazon. As for the bike, it’s a great bike because my son loves this bike and it goes pretty fast and at least he could get to and from work in the winter weather. ... show more

Ordered this bike for my 12 year old. The bike was received amazingly fast! Very sturdily boxed and shipped. The only pieces that needed to be attached to the main bike were simple: pedals, handle bars, front tire, front light. He was able to ride it immediately and LOVED it. Large bright front light and back light with turn signals. Battery easily detaches for charging. Super comfortable seat! We had an issues with a tire (not because of quality) but customer support responded immediately and is helping us get it resolved. I highly recommend this bike!! ... show more

Edit: after a year of ownership my opinion has fully changed. Do not get this bike it’s a waste of money, the battery can’t survive a year. I used this as my commuter 3-4 times a week for the past year to my job about a mile and a half away. The battery initially could last me 3 round trips- however its ability to hold a charge steadily got worse and worse. I was diligent never to over charge (it takes SEVEN HOURS by the way) and yet the battery now can only do a single round trip. The bike itself has also slowed from its top speed of 24.8 (it promised 27mph when I bought it but has never actually reached that speed) And it now struggles to reach 20 mph. Do not get this bike- choose a better quality more reputable brand. Original review: If you're debating- get it. I've had it for a month as my commuter and it's extremely comfortable, fast, and easy to get used to. I'm 5"1 on a good day with an inseam of about 28"-29.5" and I got the large version of the bike. I wasnt sure at first if it would be comfortable but I'm so happy I went for it! I can't flat foot it with both feet but it's no problem to lean to one side at a stop light, or to toe my way around! The batteries performance is pretty good! The light that tells you it's charge can be finicky, but overall I'd say you're good for 5 hours going at its max speed no pedal assist! (How I tend to ride) however my first day on it I mostly stayed in mode 1 and pedaled some for about 4 hours and the battery was still full at the end of it I think it's a great step to get you used to the idea of a motorcycle or moped in the future or if you just want a convenient way to get around that status at about 24.8mph! Also get the extended ledge thing in the back, it just looks cool and is so good! (I'll buy a case of water on my way home and just attatch it with some bungee cords) ... show more

My sons loves it when it works. He's hard on things and had a friend ride it and it doesn't work. Now the back tire is stuck. I would invest in tires and a tube when you buy this. Also lock tight your screws. Light falls off speedometer can thing falls off as well.
