Good quality rack. You can assemble it where want the electric outlets to be. There is 4 shelves one of them the surge protector mounts to. You can put it on top shelf or bottom left or right side. It holds my dewalt tools nicely

Really nice unit. The assembly instructions were pretty bad but not too tough to figure out , Really condenses the space I need for storing the tools. The lower set of hooks for longer tools , grinder , multi tool and circular saw. Great addition to the garage
