    • Great cord, do NOT get the bundled reel (Woods E-102) if they offer it

I'm not sure why, but when I ordered this, there was an option to also include a reel, a Woods E-102. I saw the description said it's a 125 foot reel and thought great, might as well get it. For some reason the "bundle" billed and shipped the cord and reel separately, which turned out to be a good thing. After getting the reel I noticed the small print saying it could only hold 125 feet of *16 gauge* wire, and for 12-gauge it's a paltry 65 feet capacity. Since they billed and shipped separately I was able to do a return of just the reel - the cord seems great and I appreciate "made in the USA". Amazon just needs to discontinue this horribly mismatched bundle with that reel. Include a beefier one if you must, but not that model. ... show more
