So far, it appears to be a solid product. Some things we experienced… (1) A few screws got lost in shipping. I believe this to be a shipping issue not a manufacturer issue. Upon contacting the seller, they sent replacements right away. They responded to each message and provided tracking info. (2) It takes a lot longer to put together than the 2 1/2 hours they claim. A LOT LONGER. (3) There are holes for “downspouts” on all 4 corners. The screw holes to connect the downspouts do not match up meaning your downspouts don’t match up. (4) The instructions are awful and sometimes are in reverse and slight broken English. On one page, it tells you what parts you need for that step at the top. But the screws it says you need for that step are incorrect. The screws in the diagram ARE correct. Awful instructions. That’s all I’ve got so far. I hope it at least prepares you for what you are getting into. Allow a weekend to put it together and at least 2 people. Updated (May 2024) The greenhouse held up over the winter. We don’t get a lot of snow in WV anymore but we do live next to the Kanawha River so we have had a lot of wind and it held up nicely. It’s hard to keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We added sun shades over the top to try and keep it cooler. We over wintered some pepper plants and even started a few peppers and tomatoes over winter. Production wasn’t great but they are still growing and will give us a jump start on the growing season. It’s VERY important to try and get the bottom very level. It makes it nearly impossible to get all of the pieces to go together if it’s not level and corners aren’t square. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time and effort. The greenhouse frame is dense and the details are good. The panel is also of good quality. It took some time to install it myself, but looking at the finished greenhouse, it looks pretty and strong. I hope you can stand strong even in the strong wind.
