The OrthoRide saddle pad is a contoured two-toned orthopedic grade felt saddle pad with Poron XRD and memory foam build-up is specifically designed to relieve shoulder strain and pressure. The OrthoRide Saddle Pad helps with hard to fit conformation, high withers, narrow shoulders or asymmetrical muscle development. On impact, Poron XRD encased in high quality, memory foam material featured behind the scapula isolates and provides a protective shield that absorbs up to 90% of force. I bought this saddle pad at the end of May in 2022 and it’s now the end of January 2024. I’ve had this pad for almost 2 years. This pad has been absolutely amazing. I bought it after being given a saddle that tends to be too wide for most of the horses I ride. I bought this pad to hopefully fix any discomfort it may cause the horses I ride. I work for a horseback riding trail company so I spend a lot of time in the saddle and on different horses, so getting a saddle to fit everybody just isn’t an option. Well this pad fixed everything for me and the horses I ride. From the very first ride with it, I immediately felt a difference in the way my saddle rode. My horse was more comfortable and the saddle rode where it was supposed to, making a much more comfortable ride. This pad made my saddle fit every horse I put it on, from the narrow body horses to the big round mutton back ones. There were no more saddle sores and rubs. I’m posting with tons of pictures to show you all the different types of horses I’ve used it on. This saddle pad has held up very well too. I can ride up to 20 hours a week in the rain, heat, and cold. This pad has held up well to the elements and the many times I’ve washed it. I ride up and down lots of big hills and it keeps my saddle in the same place unlike most pads I’ve used. I’ve found bad pads can even cause good fitting saddles to slide back on the hills we ride. It is now at the end of its life for me personally as the leather in the back is wearing out and the shoulder pads are about flat so it doesn’t work for my needs now. Once I get a new one it will go to be used for the other trail horses with different saddle needs. I’m happy with the length of time I’ve gotten out of it for the price and the amount of use I’ve gotten from it. If you’re needing a fix for your saddle and can’t afford to buy a new saddle or are like me and ride too many different horses to have a perfect saddle for all, definitely try this pad! It has done wonders for me and my horses. It’s also absolutely beautiful to look at and I get compliments on it daily. I have pictures from the day I got it until now to show the condition it’s in. The only thing I would like to see improved on this pad is the leather strip on the back and at the withers. The stitching could be made better, but other than that I absolutely love this pad! ... show more

I really like this pad . It was just the right amount of lift for breaking young colts that do not have the muscle development yet on their shoulder. I like the quality and it seems to be holding up very nicely after 3 months of daily use. No soreness on the shoulder area. We are using a 18 inch saddle med wide the width is perfect and gives me about 4 inches below the skirt on either side, but wish I could order it a bit longer on the length from cantle to pommel but it still gives me just short of an inch extra on both ends. I have an off the track quarter horse who has been difficult to fit. The shoulder relief panels on this saddle pad work perfectly! He also cannot stand the wool lining of most saddle pads so the fleece is a perfect solution. I’m very happy with the purchase, it’s a very high-quality product.

I love this how expensive blanket my horse is about 19 years old he doesn't have much muscles or meat at his Withers so when I wrote him his back was very sore when I rode him with this blanket I was very pleased I could tell big huge change that his back was not hurting he was comfortable it's also breathable I could tell it was thick when I tell him to go boy he'd go he would not have to be worried about his back is hurting he can't go very far by trotting her Galloping I could tell he was felt like a new horse it felt like he didn't even bother with me being on his back I could tell it's very breathable cuz when I took a saddle and blanket off he was not even sore at all I'm very pleased with this blanket ... show more
