Bought this pad for a horse that needed something a little more built up at the shoulder. It is more firm, less flexible wool than say a 5Star brand pad, but it still good quality and putting my fitting my horse great. I’m feel like it is more comparable fit wise to a 7/8” pad even though it is a 1”. Overall satisfied with the product.
