Serious slip and slider. When lunging my horse as a warm up with a loose girth, this pad tries to exit the scene. It doesn’t mold to the horse and pops out the back. I can only use it if I’m going straight from bareback to in the saddle with no walking in between. It’s decent, but dang, it’s frustrating. ... show more

    • Not worth the money
Okay, yeah, it's got build up pad inserts but they are paper thin... and yeah, it's easy to wash but it provides no real support to the saddle or horse. I could see this item being worth $30 maybe as an addition to another pad as a true build up. But it in no way is good on its own.

I purchased this saddle pad for an older horse with a little more swayback than usual. I use this pad and layer with another pad to provide adequate support and comfort to protect his spine. This is easy to clean and provides the necessary comfort for both horse and rider.

Really happy with this pad so far. It fits both my horse (14.3, longer body) and saddle (synthetic) really well. The first time I used it we went on a 12 mile road ride and it seemed to offer great padding and the sweat marks afterward were consistent. It was breathable in the 85 degree weather and lightweight for both me and my horse. Id recommend this for anyone looking for a medium padded pad! ... show more
