The product itself is fine. Looks to be made the same as Dexter. Fit perfectly, function fine. However the packaging was barely adequate. The brakes were eating their way through the corrugated box. It appears UPD or FedEx had to tape the box together. Even so one of the bags of hardware was completely missing. Had to re-use the old nuts. Not the biggest deal but avoidable . Leaked grease had ruined the previous brakes and magnets on my travel trailer. I had almost zero stopping power. I cleaned everything and replaced the seals with the new brake assemblies. The brakes are working and adjusting themselves perfectly. Very pleased with the product and the price.

    • Make sure you check the Magnets before installing these.
One of the Brake units has a bad Magnet, and that makes it inoperative. I need to return the unit, and get a replacement.

The product is high quality. The most important thing about this order is the customer service. When I received the order only one set of brakes was received and I needed two for a two axle dump trailer. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and express shipped the other set. When I received it it was not the self adjusting brakes I ordered. I contacted them and they responded quickly and expressed shipped the correct brake set and told me not to worry about shipping the others back. It is very refreshing to have a business provide great customer service in this day and age where it seems to be lacking. Very easy to install. These brake assembly's put together on arrival & all materials seem to be high-quality. Easy to adjust. I have over 600 miles on them one week after installation and everything is working great.
