    • Good cabinet for storage but Chinese quality
With the full understanding of where the parts for this cabinate came from, all we were looking for was something inexpensive but was able to hold our office supplies. This is a good product in the sense that it was not hard to assemble and the overall weight was pretty hefty. This is constructed from particle board with a cherry veneer for anesthetics and painted aluminum hardware. It is relatively sturdy for the materials of construction and holds all of the items we had intended on putting in there. Here's the bad; there isn't enough adjustability in the hinges to align the doors correctly and if you move the cabinet, you'll have to realign the doors again as the sides shift due to how it's constructed. I wasn't able to get the doors aligned properly and even swapped the top right door with the bottom left to try and fix it. The alignment was so bad that I ended up elongation the mounting holes in the hinges to give me enough adjustment so that I could get the doors somewhat closed and looking proper. Conclusion; if your willing to do a little modification, then this could work for you. If all you want it something to store your stuff out of the way, then this could work for you. If you want a storage cabinet that works straight out of the box with no modifications or adjustments, then you'll have to look elsewhere and pony up some more cash because this has Chinese quality written all over it. ... show more

    • Decent, hard to put together
The directions on assembly were easy but there were lots of parts where it was difficult to screw into due to the holes not lining up like they should. Nice color and fairly sturdy but my bottom doors won’t stay shut due to mis assembly due to holes not lining up correctly

Not great…. Don’t waste your money. Particleboard, backing won’t stay of, trim is droopy and the shelves don’t hold much weight.

Decent quality for the price, good storage option. Assembled it myself alone. Had a little difficulty with hanging the doors as others have mentioned, but once I had them on (balanced on a support to hold the door in place) I loosened the screws and the hinges can move slightly up/down and left/right to place them in a better position; still not perfectly flush but completely functional and not super noticeable. I had only minor damage/flaws on pieces- parts were well- packed; the whole package was very, very heavy! Seems sturdy enough once assembled- no different from most assembled furniture. Now I just have to convince my cat it's ok to use her bed on top (as she had done with the piece we replaced) because the top is slippery, so I had to put non-skid pieces down but one slip and she's not sure... Followed instructions exactly. No amount of tweaking will allow door to set level. Actually had to replace several of the screws that came with unit with better (useable) ones. This works fine if you need a $250 4 shelf box to hide clutter/dorm clothes. Exterior looks nice (excepting the door position) from a few feet away. I have put together 100s of sauder and similar items so I know how they work, what to do, and how to read the directions. Disappointed for the price. More like a $125 unit. FYI back totally flimsy. Connections between upper and lower unit not strong enough for the size weight. .. don't plan to move it after assembly unless you have 4 people to hold it together. ... show more

    • Wouldn’t waste my time or money
While there’s no words in the instructions, it’s all pictorial so a 5 year old could assemble it. That’s all the good I can say. It came with minor blemishes but for what I was doing I didn’t care. Like others have mentioned it’s not very sturdy and there’s NO WAY in hell the doors can be aligned. The hinges have too little adjustability. I could have elongated the mounting holes but decided the overall quality once I assembled it wasn’t worth the trouble. I just finished disassembling it so I can return it tmrw. If it wasn’t for the door alignment I may have kept it. ... show more
