The machine is responsive and very easy to use. I double checked the temperature and it was within 1-2 degrees. I highly recommend ensuring your temperature matches another thermometer before cooking to be safe! Compact, extremely quiet, east to use, online recipes, heats up fast. So far my few meals have turned out perfectly. Kids love the steaks. I cooked a turkey breast too, cut to about 1.5" thick. Awesome new addition to my kitchen, set it and forget about it while it cooks. Remote phone app alerts you when it is done.

The media could not be loaded. I dont use the bluetooth. Holding down the power button will clear it. I had to clean everything when a ziplock bag sunk under the water level. As you can see, the cover comes off by twisting. The heater is gonna need to soak in hot water. I used a toothbrush and dish soap. It could be easier to clean, But I will be more careful to keep the bags from submerging. I use dishes, to support the bags now. Works pretty well.

This is our 3rd sous vide purchase. We got this one because of the Wifi feature. My only downside is you have to use your smart phone to operate the unit. But for us that's perfect. If you're not tech savvy it might be tricky the first time it's used. The machine is so quiet, way more quiet than the ought two we have. It has become our go to unit.

I use my device at least once a week. It’s easy to take a large roast, cut into 3 pieces, then use different spices in each. You get one for dinner and two for the freezer. I like my beef not quite medium. So, I can set the temp halfway between med rare and medium. Perfect!

I really loved this Sous Vide and how easy it is to use. HOWEVER it quit working after about 10 weeks of use. My last Sous Vide lasted about 18 months. This is too expensive to replace after only 3 months. I tried to find a website for Upesitom and there is nothing for them. I looked for an email, again nothing. Amazon of course cannot take it back after 2 1/2 months which I understand, though they ought to look into this company and get warranty information. I can't find anyway to contact the manufacturer anywhere. If Upesitom responds to my review then I might change my rating but as of now I would be careful when buying their products!
