I've been into the trend of making sourdough lately, thought these would be useful. They work as they should, they are easy to clean but they are pretty warm for awhile after taking them out of the dutch oven so after baking my bread, I remove the bread from these so the bottom of the bread doesn't continue to cook. Also, not a necessity to baking sourdough bread just a convenience thing. I prefer parchment paper except when cooking more than one loaf back to back I will use these. ... show more
